"No. I'm full from before," Vlad said evenly, turning back to her. His gaze fell to the ruined shirt she was trying to cover herself with. "Well, if you absolutely insist, I suppose I can disrobe for you," he sighed arrogantly. He untied the black belt at his waist and brought his red and black tunic over his head, leaving him in just black pants. A middle aged couple that was walking by stared blankly at him and Tenele. Vlad held his tunic over his head and posed, making the woman blush while her husband looked at her disapprovingly and hurried her along out of sight.

"A woman's shirt will be too tight on that anyway," he said, dropping the garment over Tenele's head.

Tenele slipped her good arm through the sleeve and then with a bit of effort and a loud hiss she managed to get her other arm through the sleeve. The tunic was a bit too big, buti t would do nicely to make her decent looking.

She still didn't think that being full would make Vladimir spit blood up. When she got full she still managed to add another roll in and she didn't spit it up.

She stood up and smooth the tunic down. Usually the cloths off another persons back would be warm, but since Vladimir was... well... dead... it was just the tempature of the outside air.

Tenele caught herself looking at Vlad's form for a moment and she turned her head away to the backs of the couple walking away.

Meanwhile... back at the inn....

Talon paid for his room and turned around looking at the others. He stepped aside to allow them a to pay for there own room when he noticed the soft blue glow of Nickole.

He motioned her over, wondering if she had found Tenele so quickly.

Nickole fluttered up to Talon as soon as she caught his eye.

"Vlad is already with your sister," Nickole said, "but he's not bothering her, though. Well, he wasn't when I was there, anyway." She shuddered when she thought of the evil thing trying something with Talon's beautiful, pure-looking sister.

"Also, she's met up with a shogun & has a katana from him. Do you want me to go back?"

Talon had a flash of something in his eyes at the mention of Vlad being with his sister. It made him angry and sick at the same time. Why on earth would Tenele ever want to be with someone like him? It wasn't like her to fall in love with someone irresponcible or further more evil! It just seemed unlike her... and maybe thats why.

Talon thought for a moment. "Go to Vlad and tell him he needs to come back so we can figure out what to do with this curse he has on him."

In truth that was nothing more than a trick to get him back to the inn so he was away from his sister... and maybe he might get Tenele to come along with him... So he could see her.

"Yes, sir," Nickole said with a wink as she hovered in front of Talon's face. She practically dissapeared in a miniscule streak of a shining blue glow.

Reappearing near the place where Tenele & Vlad had been, Nickole spotted them a little ways from where she had left them.

Good heavens! Nickole was so shocked that she flew straight up to them without so much as a thought. "Lady Tenele... what has happened to you? Are you all right? I'm sure that your brother did not expect that I would find you in this condition!" She gushed as she sent a glare in the heartless vampire's direction.

This is all your fault, I suppose... Nickole thought as soon as she met his eyes. Returning her attention to Tenele, she continued to think: Even if he didn't do it, he could have at least protected her. "Excuse my bluntness," Nickole apologized to Tenele, "but Talon wishes for Vlad to return to the end, so I suppose I'll have to ask you for his leave. Will you be okay alone........... or would you need to come with us?" she added of her own accord.

Tenele blinked several times as she looked at the small blue fairy with a confused expression as she tried to register in her mind with the little ball of worrying happiness said.

Tenele's head slowly turned towards Vladimir and stared at him for a very long moment. As she looked back at the fairy her puzzelment turned into aggrivation.

Tenele's green eyes went firey. "Who... are you?" she asked. She wasn't mad at the little fairy.

"Wait, no what?!" Tenele stood up, her head rushing for a moment. She looked at Vladimir. "When I asked who was in your group you didn't give me names on perpose did you?!"

"My brother?! What the hell is he doing here? What- what-" She threw her arms into the air. "Ahh..." She put her hand to her shoulder wincing. Indeed it was like old times.

The vampire made no response to Tenele's accusation, his focus now on the fairy. His hand shot out and caught the small fairy by her dress between his thumb and forefinger, casting her a twisted smile. "Our Wise and Trusted Guide means to deliver me orders? And by finger-food express, no less," he sneered at the fairy, flicking her back like a mosquito.

Way to go, your evilness Nickole glared again at Vlad as she slowly stood up, really shaken from the vampire's thump.

"My name is Nickole Trelain, & I'm from the fairy kingdom of Utopia. We are on a mission that you brother, Talon is leading. It's no surprise that Vladimir didn't tell you..." she explained to Tenele.

Tenele stood speachless staring at both of them. What perpose would her brother have to come back into her life now. What for?

"Vlad probably has a good reason for not telling me. Maybe because he didn't think it would effect me in such a way. Since I never told him I have a brother..."

She was almost speaking through gritted teeth now. Tenele looped her arm in Vlad's. "Tell Talon that Vlad will come back when he wishes..." she told the little fairy. "Either he waits or comes and gets him himself."

Nickole glowed with fury. This girl was as stubborn as Vlad!

"As you wish, but Talon only wanted to help your vampire out of his newly acquired curse..."

Vlad was pleased and amused by Tenele's defensive position toward him, until the fairy started leaking information he was not interested in leaking. When Nickole was halfway through the word 'curse', Vlad swiftly swiped her out of the air, his eyes glowing sharply as he slid from Tenele's arms. "You know, fairy, I don't believe I've spent nearly enough quality time with you recently," he purred sadistically. "Be well, Maiden Girl. I'm about to be entertained by the fruits of your brother's active imagination," he said, grinning, and disappeared with Nickole.

As soon as they reappeared outside the inn, he let the fairy go and glared at her dizzily. "I am not cursed," he criticized.

Shinobu walked up to the innkeeper and opened a small pouch she pulled from the obi that wasn't tired correctly anymore. Her clothes weren't in any order like they had been when she left Sineads Palace. She just looked like a disfunctional foreigner.

She looked back at Kyosuke at the moment a woman with long white hair passed in front of him. It was like she was taken back to the moment the assassin had changed back. She saw the woman standing over her again, white long hair and ebony skin. Shinobu had this dazed look on her face.

Talon walked to Kaze. "Do you have money to pay for a room?" he asked her casually.

Kaze blinke dout of her daze and looked at Kami for a moment, thinking. Finally, she nodded. "Yes." she said. And she ignored anyone's eyes as she said she'd pay for a room for both herself and Kami.

Kami blinked at Kaze's statement of what she would do but he didn't question her.

Tenele growled and held her shoulder then she smirked slightly. The least she could do was return Vlad's tunic...

But, there had to be at least twenty major inns in Hepian, how could she find the right one...

Tenele walked down the street heading towards a clothing shop where she could find a loose fitting blouse. Once she found that she changed from Vlad's tunic to the shirt, which took longer than she thought since her shoulder was very sore.

Next began the grand journey of trying to find the inn that Vlad and the others were staying at and give her brother a welcome home present.

Nickole knew that she was supposed to be frightened as most fairies would be, but she was just too mad to care.

She shouldn't have said any more about Vlad's curse either... but she did:

"Yeah, you are. Didn't you know? Everyone's been thinking about it... or, didn't you hear them?" the blue Nickole taunted with her arms crossed.
She just pulsated a furious blue as she hovered in front of him and awaited his response.
