"Okay..." she said and sighed. She would be happy to leave her brother and his group behind. "Well, I'll tell them we're leaving... okay..."
A big part of her was glad to be on this mission with Vladimir. She was eager to spend more time with him, even if she knew that he probably didn't think anything of how close they could be getting...
Tenele walked into the inn, finding things to be a sort of stand still. She was just going to tell them where they were going, but no word of what they were doing.
"Vlad and I have to go," she told them.
Talon looked at her quickly. "Go?"
"Sinead has sent for us and we need to leave now," Tenele said, stretching the truth just a bit.
"I wanted to talk with you about our problem..." Talon told her.
Tenele thought for a moment. Maybe it was time they talked...
"When you get back from the Border look me up... We'll talk then..."
Tenele turned, after waving to them, and left to the outside of the inn.
"All is ready."

Vlad watched Tenele return to him casually. He cast another look at the inn, tempted to play one farewell prank on leader or the nightlight...but didn't. He turned away with a shrug. "Let us go, then. My horse must be missing me," he proposed haughtily, walking off with Tenele to the stables, where they saddled their mounts and led them back out into the street. Vlad had no need for equiine travel himself, but it would waste the energy he'd just gained to teleport them both to Lowight, and he wasn't particularly eager to begin this particular mission anyway. He decided to go along for the ride. He swung up into the saddle and looked to Tenele. "Coming? Or perhaps you were hoping to share a mount?" he flirted, placing a hand on his smooth chest where they would be in contact if she rode in the saddle ahead of him.

Vlad smiled intriguingly as Tenele's body slit in front of his, and brought the horse into a moderate gait. Soon they had left the city and were back in the Ashgrown forest, heading for Ighten. A few hours later, Vlad was already growing bored with the monotony of the saddle. He tilted his head back and stared dully up into the trees. Paradoxically, his immortal lifespan only lowered his tolerance for the mundane, and he impatiently watched the sun travel overhead. "Time to stop and eat," he said at last sometime in the late afternoon, pulling the horse to a stop and teleporting to the ground, mock stretching. Of course, he wasn't hungry for the food they'd brought with them, but it would be better than sitting still on horseback.

Ylia had just heard the story of Talon & Tenele, but Tenele's good-bye to her brother still seemed cold.
She looked at Talon, he gave away no expression on his face.
Nickole fluttered to Talon. She sat on the wooden arm of the chair. She was packed... she was always packed. She said nothing, she only sat there beside his hand, ready if needed.

(OOC: I editted one of Emora's posts on page 24 so that Tenele had time to talk to the Shogun about her departure.)
The Shogun watched as Tenele rode off with Vlad. He hadn't gotten a chance to talk to his friend, instead having been distracted thinking about what to do regarding Kyosuke. Even though he was a barbarian, he did seem to know when not to talk.
Kyosuke was unaware of the Shogun's thoughts and stood near Shinobu at all times. He was somewhat more protective of her now, not only to show his willingness to protect her to the Shogun, but also to defend her in case the assassin from last time came back.

Shinobu smile softly at Kyosuke, noticing he was standing closer than usual. Did he feel like she was suddenly in danger? Did he want to impress the Shogun or did he see some threat she did not?
Talon turned to the Shogun and addressed him. "My lord," he said and bowed his head out of respect. "We will leave for the Border whenever you are ready."

OOC: Kyosuke mentioned that the Shogun was supposed to go the the Border... And since there is a war coming it would be a good idea if we got there to wittness it and TRY to warn the queen... I might be the controler of Shea but I would like to fight... somewhat fairly.
Ylia and Nickole needed to leave to attend to some personal matters. (The controller joined the airforce.)
