Tenele glanced at the woman. "I'm Lady Tenele Raider," she said, giving her full title. "A Queen's Maiden to our Queen Sinead." Her green eyes peered at her brother for a moment. The pain was pretty bad, but until he apoligized she wouldn't except any help from him.
"Yllia," Talon said again, turning around to look for the young woman.
Shinobu stayed close to Kyosuke, still not liking the way the Ightens looked at them as if they were strange creatures they had never seen. She didn't think that Ongorethian people in Ighten was that uncommon, but then again it could have been there clothing.
They came to a rather... old looking building with a sign hanging over the door stating the name of the place. "The Dragon's Gut".

Ylia walked smoothly up to Tenele, her golden hair pulled back & hanging loosely behind her shoulders so that it would not be in her way. The girl had been so hostile towards her brother. Ylia knew that they had an obviously complicated sibling past, so she didn't judge Tenele.
With as much grace as a golden elf has ever possesed, she laid her smooth hand over Tenele's hand that was tightly gripping her shoulder. Ylia spoke to the girl in elven in hopes that the soothing sound of her native tongue would calm her down. Tenele's heart was pyumping hard because she was mad, so it was making it bleed more and hurt worse because the nerves were receiving more oxygen from the fresh blood that they were getting. "Lady Tenele Raider," she explained, "You'll have to let go of your shoulder... slowly."
Vlad infuriated Nickole with his nickname for her. When he had pinned Talon against the wall, it knocked Nickole down the antlers and her strap got caught on another tine.
She finally got herself off of the tine. She had had time to calm down, and she began to feel sorry for the No Life King. Obstinance would kill someone, & even though he was already dead, Vlad was opened up to this circumstance now thanks to the curse. She flew across the room to the door frame and stoodatop its ledge. Her mind was going what seemed like 1,000 miles an hour as she thought about Vlad.
Talon's nightlight... she thought with a smile. ...hilarious.
OOC: I thougt Vladimir couldn't read ppl's minds right now... (?)

Tenele looked at the woman in a confused manner. "Eh..." Tenele squeezed her shoulder tightly. She recognized the tongue, but unlike her brother she never took the time to learn elvish. She didn't see a need to do it, after all not many people spoke elvish.
"I'm sorry... I don't understand," Tenele said.
"She told you to let go of your shoulder so she can heal it," Talon said simply. "Since you refuse to let me help you."
Tenele didn't say say anything, but a low growl escaped her. She stopped holding on to it and looked to Yllia.

Ylia's eyes connected withth Tenele's, and the gloden glow of her eyes contrasted beautifully against Tenele's flashing green ones, framed by her silver lashes.
Ylia held onto Tenele's hand with her left hand, and she placed her right on Tenele's wounded shoulder. She stared at Tenele for as long as she could. The spot on Tenele's shoulder grew warmer and warmer. Ylia could feel the healing strength leaving her through her palm. The short moments seemed to grow longer to Ylia, and eventually her eyes closed. She gave Tenele's hand a slight squeeze and her lips parted as she inhaled a short, shallow breath.
Tenele was healed.
Ylia started to let go of Tenele's, but then she realized that she couldn't see clearly, of course. Talon... Ylia sent out the thought silently. She just needed someone to help her sit down.

Tenele felt the sight tug on her hand and Talon got her a chair for her to sit down, Tenele's pressure on her hand keeping her up for a moment longer until she could reach the chair.
"Thank you," Tenele said, smiling slightly until her eyes flashed up at Talon.
"Well, brother, I wouldn't say this was a nice meeting..." Tenele said. "Bye."
She turned to go out the door and she was about to leave when Talon stopped her.
"Tenele," he said.
She turned to him, giving him a tired look. "Yes."
"We need your help... to help Vlad. Its important," he said. "We need everyones help."
For a long moment the young woman just stood there and looked at him. "I'll come back tonight... We'll talk it over then."

At the mention of Vlad's name, Nickole turned her tiny head toward Talon. She flew down toward the rest of the group an lande on Talon's shoulder, interested in whether or not she would play a part in this "helping" scheme for the one being that hated them all.

Kaze practically almost stared at everyone and everything. 'Raider...' Kaze thought, 'So he is this the sister he was talking about?' Her ears perked up at the conversation of helping Vlad.
"Wh-what's wrong with him?'' She asked, concerned. Though they had their differences, and he was a pain in the arse sometimes, Kaze had a solemn understanding with Vlad.
"It's probably what happened back there at the monastary." Kami chimmed in, his face stern. "What brought me back into human form was something that must've hurt him in a way. Holy magic doesn't really mix with Dark... But man that was enough to bring me back..."

Tenele looked at them. Monestary? Holy magic? Maybe she shouldn't go, maybe it was really bad... Vlad was a vampire and holy magic could kill him.
"How do we help him?"
Talon looked at his sister. Did she really care about this vampire? His unholy creature. "He has to preform a selfless act... Which I bet is hard for Vlad... and might not have much time... But, I was thinking we could stage one... Make a fake on up with someone he would be willing to risk himself for as the bate... But, I want to talk it over more once Lady Shinobu and her bodyguard return."
Talon looked at Ylia. "Thank you, by the way, for healing my sister."

Ylia's eys met Talon's, and she gave him a slight smile. She was feeling stonger already.
Ylia sat up straight and smoothed out her lace-trimmed long, smooth gown. Its golden sheen fascinated even her at this moment. Ylia removed the thin ribbon from her long golden hair and tied it around her slim wrist.
The after-effects of her healing Tenele were over, so Ylia sat up straight and listened to the conflicting and conversing team members who stood before her in the lobby.

From the opposite direction that Kyosuke and Shinobu were walking in, Kitanai approached the inn. He and Tenele had spent enough time in this town already. It might have been time for them to continue on to the border. However, in front of the inn, he saw a familiar looking woman with another, slightly taller woman standing there.
Kyosuke turned had had his senses fully aware by now. On their relatively short walk to the Dragon's Gut, he had fended off 3 attempts of pickpocketing and nearly had to draw his katana once. Off to the side, he saw a regal looking man approaching the inn as well. What caught his attention however, was the katana by the man's side.

Shinobu did not notice the man walking, just just continued on into the rather slummy looking place. She couldn't imagen the Shogun staying in such a place... It looked like it was crawling with thieves... well any criminal for that matter.
"Excuse me," Shinobu said quietly to a man at a table. "Have you seen an Ongorethian man walking around here?" she asked him as politely as possible.
"I seem to recall one yes..." the man said to her, glancing at the Kyosuke behind her. "But, I'm the type of man who requires something else in return for my survices, ladies..."
"Of course," Shinobu said, a slight sound of distain coming into her voice. "I have two gold peices, there yours if you tell me where he went or which room he's in."

Kyosuke was about to point out the regal looking man that he saw walking towards the inn, when he was interrupted as he opened his mouth.
"There is no need for that," Kitanai said from behind Shinobu and Kyosuke. He didn't recognize Shinobu from behind. "I believe you are looking for me?" In the time Kitanai had spent in the inn, he had seen no men from his country, so assumed it was him.

Shinobu turned around slowly, and her eyes fell on the person she had came all the way from her homeland for. She almost jumped up and down from joy, but contained herself.
Instead she bowed low to the Shogun with her hands in front of her. "Shogun Kitanai," she said respectfully.
Just as she was bowing the man from behind her, th one who had offered to tell her the information for a price, stuck his hand out to slap her on her rear.

"I can't see Vlad performing selflessly." Kaze said softly.
"I could probably bait him into doing it." Kami suggested, with a small smirk.

In the corner of the room where Talon and company where plotting, five rough-looking men sat at a table talking. Actually, their conversation was closer to shouting as they discussed something with great excitement. Among them were Anti, who acted as leader of the bunch; Dises, a strong man with a patch over one eye who rarely spoke; Tablish, a man with a lighter body and a keen mind; Mentaria, a tall man with an extremely loud laugh; and Nism, who was stocky and moody and didn't seem to like any of them, but never mind their names for now.
Dises: "You're sure it's empty?"
Anti: "Idiot! Sure as you're an ugly bastard, she was slain last week near the western Border."
Mentaria: "Perfect, if the source isn't lying, that is."
Anti: "It's good information. The man saw it himself."
Tablish: "And he has told no one else?"
Anti: "I made sure of that" (Flashing his knife from inside his coat sleeve.)
Dises: "Then the dragon's lot is ours for the taking."
Nism: "Hff. About time we found some luck. If you fools weren't so damned preoccupied with these crazy hit jobs, we'd be rich already."
Tablish: "Calm yourself, Nism. It was good enough money, and you proposed no better idea. Once this is over, we'll have no need to work again."
Nism: You shut your damned mouth, scrawny brainiac.
Tablish: "At least it was my good fortune to be born with a brain to use."
Mentaria: "They're going at it again, boss."
Anti: "Shut up, you idiots, and focus. The lair is five miles outside of Lowight, on a hill overlooking the Yvern village. We'll go in the morning, and be back by night."
Tablish: "I suppose the village will be pleased that they no longer have to offer maidens to the dragon, though they aren't aware of it yet."
Dises: "Funny, us helping people."
Nism: "Idiot, WE didn't slay the dragon!"
Mentaria: "Maybe we'll just not tell them."
Mentaria's smirk spread to Dises and Tablish, and then all broke into jovial laughter except Nism, who looked very slightly less pissed than usual.
