Lore: (mature)To The End of The World part 1
Must be 'annoy Zeikiel day'... where are they all coming from!? Zeik thought angrily to himself, Losing whatever paitence he ever had when the cloaked human male walked in. Before he could act, Kat scrammble in from the other side, falling to the ground at Zeik's feet.
"Where have you been?" he demanded from her.
"I-I got scared... My lord..." Her collar was glowing, it had just dragged her back. "I didn't mean... I'm sorry. Please forgive me."
"Stop groveling! If I didn't have to deal with one human, I've now got two!" He swung his flaring orange eyes at the two newcomers. Kat took the opportunity to crawl away from him at a safe distance.

Dan shrugged. "Don't look at me. I'm an elf." She was watching Zeikiel closely at this point. He was dangerous, of course, undoubtedly perfectly lethal, but - it almost seemed as though he were more irritable than actually vicious. She frowned thoughtfully. "For someone who hates humans so much, what are you doing with such a valuable slave? I'm sure you know there's a reward for her. You're only calling more attention to yourself."
"It's not that hard to see who the easier foe would be," he remarked turning back to see the young girl stumbling from the bushes.
"Another thing," he prodded, "I don't like you calling me a kid. It's so rude." Drakoe tried everything he could to agravate the elf maiden. She was actually starting to irritate him a little.
He turned his attention to the draconic creature now. "We really must be bothering you." he could feel the tension growing between the three of them. "I didn't intend on bothering you until this little 'girl' started bugging me. She's quite annoying."
Zeikiel was quite an interesting creature, and Drakoe wanted to learn more about him. They may have a somewhat common, family history. It would be lot easier to kill the creature if he had his friendship or at least a little trust, if he even wanted to try and kill him when it was all over and done.
"I'm Drakoe Voltain," he said extending a hand to the creature. "Don't judge me for being a human. We may have more in common than you think."

"My dear fellow, I am ninety-six years old," Dan said loftily. "I shall call you whatever I wish, and if you call me 'girl' again I shall only take it as a compliment to my ageless beauty."
When Drakoe introduced himself to Zeikiel, she raised an eyebrow and glanced skeptically back and forth between the two. She was wondering how Zeikiel would react to Drakoe's extended hand... among other things. Surely this human couldn't really mean to befriend him. There would be an ambush later, once trust had been earned, she was positive. Best call attention back to the matter at hand. "Getting all chummy now before we kill each other, are we?"

"I could have told you so. But you'll notice that I didn't. You may also notice that I am gloating nonetheless," Dan said to Drakoe out of the corner of her mouth. Her eyes remained fixed on Zeikiel, and she didn't move when he reached for the axe. She wasn't afraid. Or, rather, she had a handle on it - danger was the spice of life and all that. She could dodge reasonably well, and if that failed and she died here, so be it.
"Are you sure that's what you want to do?" Drakoe asked keeping his eyes on Zeikiel. No doubt the creature was dangerous but Drakoe didn't fear him.
"Honestly, what have we done wrong," he continued, "We had our oppurtunity to kill you if we truly wanted to. However if your not interested in friendship or anything of the matter I will be on my way and you will be left in peace." He dropped his hand that he had extended for a symbol of trust.

Zeikiel grabbed his axe, ignoring both of them, then tossed it towards Kat. The blade embedded itself in the ground before her.
"Sharpen it." he growled, not taking his eyes off the two. He was getting a headache but not like normal people. His deity was calling. With a whipped of his tail Zeik turned to leave the oasis.
Once Zeikiel was gone, Kat grabbed the hilt of the axe. "You'd better leave." she said, trying to control her trembling voice. "Otherwise he'll kill you." She didn't mention that she was surprised he hadn't anyway.

"Well ,my lady, Danwynn. It was a pleasure meeting you," he said politely. His attitude had changed from his annoying one before. He had no interest in irritating her any longer.
He intended on following the dragon creature and must be on his way. "I'm sorry for any inconvenience I might have caused." he bowed slightly. He didn't care for any his inconvenience to her. After all she bothered him first. He was just showing his respect and courtesy. "However I must be going." He jumped into the trees and before long was close behind his target once again.

Zeikiel was listening to his Deities orders. His deity was asking for him to keep moving and stop being distracted. The headache was part of the punishment for moving slow.
Zeikiel knew he was being followed, it irritated him even more. he was being leanient for the sake of not damaging his private oasis, but now that he was away from it...
Once again he moved faster than his body should've allowed to fire his Darkness Flame towards his pursuer

Drakoe saw the flame coming and quickly dodged to the right. 'I wonder what else he can do?' he thought to himself dissappearing into the treetops just out of the monsters view.
He quickly rushed down in front of him and cut him off. "Come on... Do you really have to keep doing that?" He dissappeared again into the trees.

Dan smirked slightly as Drakoe put on a polite facade - of course he was lying through his teeth - and watched him for a brief moment as he took off after Zeikiel. When a Darkness Flame burst out of the trees from the direction in which they'd both just gone, she shrugged and turned to Kat. "Your master never answered my question, you know. What does he want with you?" She asked, not unkindly. The girl seemed to be frightened witless of Zeikiel - not, Dan conceded on further examination, that she could fault her on that.
Kat looked that the elf known as Danwynn after swiping the edge of the blade with a sharpening rock. "I do not understand it myself, My Lady. Only that he was curious with me. I had surpassed a barrier of magic and lived."
Zeikiel grinned wickedly. "Do you have to follow me? Oh...right... there's a reward for my head. How silly of me to forget that." Zeikiel wouldn't admit it but he was suffering a slight problem, he didn't have his axe. Not that he couldn't keep throwing around Darkness FLame, it just got old and he much perferred to hear the pleasing sound of metal slashing flesh. Oh well, he could just throw his weight around and claw his hunter a few times with his claws.
