4) Race- She is half gargoyle and half human

5) Job/Class- assassin/ wonderer

6) Power- Since Dylena is only half gargoyle she doesn’t have to turn into stone just at day. But, when badly wounded she turns to stone automatically and isn’t able to fight it. That is the way her body heals itself. This makes her vulnerable because she can be attacked when in her stone form.

She has the ability to fly because of her gargoyle wings. They are also very flexible and can become a cloak when needed, which helps somewhat to hide the fact she is half gargoyle. It just looks like a very expensive leather cloak when done so.

7) Appearance- Dylena is 5’7” with a gracefully curved body. She is thin and muscular, and stronger than a woman should be, meaning she can lift more, even though it doesn’t look like it. She has pale white/gray skin and long black fine hair that she either has down or braided. Her eyes are like a normal human’s but blood red and when mad they turn a bright red. She has a strange design tattooed on her lower back and a smaller version on the back of her neck. She wears a black thin banned around her head that has silver twined around it. She wears knee high black boots and a long dark green skirt that goes to her feet and has two long slits that go up to her hips on either side. She wears a black button up shirt with it cut off just above her belly button. And the sleeves are ripped off of it. She wears a black banned like the one around her head around her right arm, and one around her neck. She carries with her two short swords on a strap on her back.

8) Weaknesses- The fact that if badly wounded she can turn to stone with out wanting to, in the middle of a fight that can be very dangerous to her because they could break her apart, killing her. Even though her brother is evil she still loves him… which makes it hard for her to kill him. So when they fight he has the upper hand because he seems to be born with out a heart and would easily kill her. Sometimes she doesn’t know her own strength and badly wounds people on accident. It’s a weakness for her and not her brother. She doesn’t like to hurt people for no reason. The only reason she’s a mercenary is to kill those who disserve it.

9) Biography- Dylena’s mother was a gargoyle who worked for Queen Shea. There was a certain soldier that caught her fancy, but he paid her no attention, because she was a gargoyle and hideous in his eyes. Still, she couldn’t understand the feeling of want… so she pleaded with her Queen to help her. Her queen obliged and for one night she placed a spell of illusion over Dylena’s mother Nyrissa.

Nyrissa had fallen for a very shallow man, for once he saw the beauty he didn’t care who she was he wanted her. So in that night, unknowingly Nyrissa became pregnant with Dylena and her twin brother Dryden. Shea knew this would happen and she had planned for it. She would take the children from Nyrissa and use them to her advantage. Dryden was a hopeful student… But, his sister hated what they forced her to do. It aggravate Shea, so one day she ordered Dryden to kill his sister. She forced them to fight… But, Dylena, knowing Dryden would kill her, escaped out the window. Dryden was ordered not to follow…

She fled to Darkwood where she hid there for a time, thinking he would come after her. When he never did she went on with her life, finding life in many places. She sold herself as a assassin, and only took jobs to kill those who had done wrong to other people. She would find out all the information and look into it herself before taking the job. She was a very efficient assassin, because of what Shea’s men had trained her to do. Like her brother she was deadly, but she only used it on those who disserved it.

The people in her life have convinced her that she will never find someone who will love her for who she is, and not hate her for what she is. Because of the reaction from other people she doesn’t like to be friendly until she has truly got to know the person.


10) Personality- Dylena is quiet and curt until she gets to know someone better. Usually they think she is a mean…. well you know the word for it. Truly she is a very friendly and playful person. She doesn’t mind playing pranks on someone if they are a friend. She hates when innocents are being hurt and she usually steps in. She enjoys children, and wants to have someone day. She is sarcastic and witty at times, but has a very cruel streak. This cruel streak comes out when she is on a mission, or when she has witnessed someone do something horrible. She isn’t forgiving very and holds grudges for a very long time. When she kills she kills quick and has only once been known to play with her prey. She loathes rapists and the only time she has ever tormented her prey was the one time she was sent after one.
