Lore: Searching: Part 3 (mature)
"Only for a couple of minutes," the elf replied. He stepped out from behind the tree that the two were under. "I was too lazy to watch so I sat over here." He ignored the fact that his reasoning was illogical, sitting down and just staring at them would have been less effort, but Leydon was strange in such ways.
OOC: That's why I wasn't posting. There's not much we can do...We could talk for now I guess. *shrugs*
IC: Skye stopped running when Mitsukai did. He was a little tired, but not as much as her.
"We need to do something fun sometime. All three of us. Just go out somewhere and do something fun. Maybe after this, we can. What do you say, Suk?"

(OOC I did not realize you were waiting for me, meh, verily well shall I be forced to alter my machinations...)

Candlelight flickered barely in the darkness, needed by none as Locaille ran his hands across a half dozen great tomes suspended in the air by what appeared to be pure midnight. A momentary pause and then his hand stretched to one of the bookcases while the midnight reached outwards to grab one of the larger tomes, opening to a page midway through. Locaille scanned across this page as well before stopping, his hand withdrew as his mouth smiled, and with a single short and crisp snap of his fingers the midnight placed all of the books on a table and followed him as he left down a hall to the south. A figure concealed wholly in robes as black as pitch joined him.
Many flights of stairs, some past terrified onlookers to this trio wound upwards to the summit of a small tower, once grand but now broken almost to a quarter of its height.
Locaille rose his hand to snap again before pausing, something clawed at the very edge of his blind vision, down and to the right slightly. Funneling his vision forward he looked outwards, and grinned a hungry grin.
"Or perhaps not, I might have found something more interesting." He snapped his fingers. "Stairs." and walked off the edge of the tower, the midnight just barely extending forward in time with his strides, taking the slow form of stairs as he descended to the ground below. "Reaper, wait here, I will summon you if I have need of you." He said almost mockingly as he gazed at the three small children below, though all he saw was the girl.
The stairs and he stopped slightly behind the only female member of this small little coterie and he smiled a warm inviting smile. His eyes were hidden beneath the shadows of his hood.
"Hello little angel." was all he said.
