Tenele frowned. She slipped into the robe and grabbed his hand gently. "What did she show you?" Tenele asked him softly.

Atul stood behind Tenele staring down at Vlad. He looked confused and thoughtful. You could almost see the gears in the King's mind turning as he tried to figure out what Lelana might have shown him that may be keeping Vlad from being with them.

Then, it clicked. He wasn't sure, but if Tenele's body was having the adverse affect on Vlad that it normally did, then that could be it.

"Tenele," Atul whispered. "Let's not push him."

Tenele frowned. It was clear she didn't want to let it go. She wanted to know what that witch had done to her husband to make him so afraid of intimacy. "Did she take advantage of you?" Tenele asked him softly, brushing her fingers through his hair.

Vlad smiled wryly. "No. As if anyone can take advantage of me but you two." His expression sobered, but he met their eyes again. "Tenele...when you lost your memory, for a while, you weren't able to protect yourself, and you didn't trust me yet. You were captured by a former member of the court, and before I could find you, you were abused," his hand wrapped around her grip. "You were raped. I didn't find you until afterwards...I killed him, and his family."

"I'm sorry."

Tenele listened to his words, but she wasn't sure she heard him correctly. So, she stayed very quiet and repeated what he'd said over in her head. Her fingers curled around his gently, her gaze staring through him. She didn't remember that. She couldn't even find a glimpse of it in the darkness that was the past two months.

"Its... okay," she whispered as she shook her head. How did she react to that? She didn't remember it. She didn't know how to feel about something she didn't remember. Her attacker was dead. His whole family was dead. She was suddenly thankful that she couldn't remember the past two months. It wasn't frustrating anymore. It was a gift.

But, that didn't change the fact that her husband seemed disgusted to be inside her. To the point that once in, he fled and lost his arousal. At the moment that hurt her more than finding out she'd been raped.

"Is that... why you won't..." Tenele frowned at him. "I... I honestly don't have words. I don't... I don't remember it. How should I feel about something I don't remember?"

"Feel nothing," Vlad said, his eyes lighting with intensity. "Let him never hurt you again." He shook his head slightly. "I wasn't sure if you would want to know, but it seems odd to keep it from you. And I don't know how else to explain to you what I had to watch, with no power to stop it. I witnessed it over and over. And-" he cut off warily. He couldn't say it. He couldn't even think it. His throat closed tightly.

"He made you watch?" Tenele breathed in horror, her cheeks darkening with shame. Over and over?

"But, Vlad, you said you didn't make it to her in time," Atul jumped in, placing a hand on Tenele's shoulder. She looked sick. "Or, is that what you meant by what Lelana showed you? What she couldn't fix?"

"I didn't make it to her in time," Vlad confirmed. "I don't know if what I saw is the truth, or if she just pulled my worst suspicions from my thoughts and made me watch them. It felt real. It was very real, and I... in the end, I was not the one watching." He looked away from them both. It still felt like he'd done it. Like he was admitting to a crime. "I didn't want to hurt you. I swear I tried to stop," he whispered hoarsely, tears rising to his eyes.

Tenele's vision blurred. She flew forward and pulled her husband into a tight embrace, drawing his head to her chest and cradling him there. "It was not real," she whispered to him, kissing his hair. "None of it. You didn't hurt me. You would never hurt me." She couldn't imagine what Vlad had witnessed. But, the pain in his eyes was real. There was trauma and horror there. All the things she thought she should feel, but didn't thanks to the memory loss, were in her husband's eyes.

Rage boiled inside her, but her desire to console her husband was stronger than the need to slit Lelana's throat. For now.

Vlad's gaze locked on her like she was a liferaft. Yes...he would never hurt her, and she believed that. He was so amazingly grateful that she believed in him that much. "It wasn't real... Lelana tried to prove it wasn't...she tried to fix me, afterward. And I know now that it wasn't real. But I still know what it feels like to rape you, real or not. The moment I was inside you, it just rushed back, that I was destroying you and enjoying it. She showed me you, with Atul, as many times as I needed to see it to numb the memories. I'm still so attracted to you both, I don't know where to start touching you with only two hands. I just don't know how to unsee what I've seen."

Tenele nodded. "That's alright," she replied in a tight voice. "Take as much time as you need." It was not her husband's hindrance to make love to her that hurt... It was the fact that he had been forced to hurt her. That he knew what it was like to hurt her and enjoy it. That witch had turned something beautiful and wonderful that they shared and soured it. How could he have been so kind to her? How did she still live?

"We'll be here, always, wanting you. When you are ready, I will be ready." Tenele stroked her fingers through his hair and down his neck and back. She let them glide over his skin soothingly, while she tried not to focus too much on her anger.

"I'm sorry," he murmured, touching her hair. He didn't want them to wait. He wanted to be theirs now. He wanted to give them all of himself. He wanted to give the rest of his life to them. "Don't be celibant on my account. Nothing would heal me more than to see you two happy together. And...well, I'm hardly impotent, in most things," he said slyly. He cast the king a gaze that said not to think himself safe from his affections.

Tenele smiled fondly at him, placing a kiss on his cheek. "Would that really make you happy?" Tenele asked him. Sex was the furthest thing from her mind at the moment given the bombshell of information he'd dropped on her. But, it wasn't something she would turn her nose up to. Especially given how long she'd been without Atul's affection. "Would watching us please you, my love?"

Vlad paused, and studied her. The image of Atul over her, making her beg him to go deeper, the man's hips moving in time with his groans...the image had done its job. Severe need tightened things low in his body, and he almost moaned. He wanted them so badly, and it was completely illogical under the circumstances - as illogical as what he'd seen when he tried to make love to them earlier. Don't just slap things together any way you like, pervert, he mentally scolded his torturer for her little "compensation gift". She was very good at fantasizing about her brother...and so was he.

"Would watching us please you?" she'd asked. He almost didn't dare to admit it. What did it mean if he could be horny right after talking about raping her? Only Lelana would understand why those two visions were so tightly associated.

"Immensely, and uncontrollably," the vampire gave his honest answer. "Though I understand if the mood is gone."

Tenele smiled softly at her husband, tender fingers touching his cheeks and lips. "I'm sure Atul will have no problem rekindling the fire," she replied. She could understand how seeing something like that might help him get over what Lelana had showed him. If he was able to see her in pleasure, it might help him forget the pain?

The mention of his name drug the demi-god from his thoughts. He glanced up, his eyes fixating on the beautiful woman clad in a damp silk robe. "I..."

Tenele stood up next to Atul, brushing her fingers through his hair where he knelt next to Vlad. She slipped the robe off, baring her body to them again.

This time her body was washed in warm light from the oil lamps scattered about the tent and hanging from the supporting structure. Tenele stepped away from him to the bed of fur and silk. She draped herself across it, lying on her side so that the men had a good view of her body. Her fingers danced across her skin. She raised a leg, bending it at the knee and ran her hand down the inside of the thigh. "Atul," she called. "Come here."

Atul swallowed. He couldn't seem to find the ability to move.

"I need you," she urged, her fingers teasing herself. "Show my husband what you can do to a woman."

Atul found his legs. He stood up, stripping the pants he'd just dawned as he went, and knelt at her knees. He took hold of her legs and flipped her over onto her back. He kissed her ankle, and slid his tongue up the length of her leg until it met her center. Tenele huffed, curling her legs around him. Her fingers knotted in the wash damp black hair across her skin and she rocked against his lips.

"Mmm..."

Vlad stared at them in a daze. He'd never felt anything like it. His whole body was tense and waiting for that moment when the would join, as earnestly as if he could join with her himself. He wasn't sure what would happen if he touched himself or them. His breathing leapt up quick and deep, and he imagined every sensation.

Tenele squirmed, huffing as the King took her higher until she bucked under his touch. He drove her just to the edge and drew away, smiling at his breathless handiwork. His future Queen drew away, kneeling in front of him low on her hands and knees. She she licked at him, and he knelt straighter, curling fingers in her hair as she took him in her mouth.

"Tenele," he whispered tenderly.

She was gifted, and he was weak. He fought the urge to thrust into her eager mouth, and eventually lost the will to resist. "Fuck," he huffed. "Ah... Tenele."

Tenele drew away with a smile, and the king thrust his hips into the air twice before realizing he wouldn't be met with her lips. She fell over onto her side, partially front down on the bed, offering him a view of her beautiful back.

"How do you want me," Tenele asked him.

Atul kissed up her legs, his lips dragging across her butt. He kissed the soft round area before he took the skin in his teeth and pinched hard. Tenele yelped, but didn't shy away from the rough bite.

Spurred by her cry he flipped her over onto her back, and while kneeling, drew her into his lap. He entered her in one hard, deep thrust that garnered an appreciative moan. "You shouldn't tease," he murmured to Tenele, rocking into her. "It ruins a man's control."
