Hey .hack//sign fans!!
Do you think it would be cool to have an actual game called "The World"? I think it would rock, but the idea was rejected by the company it's would-be creator worked for. What idiots!
I was looking online and someone made the aurgument that that kind of technology that would enable "The World" playable doesn't exsist! But it does, I've seen it! It's scattered throughout other games, it's just a matter of actually combining all the technonogies together. Like PS2 Technology with the virtual reality visor and PC. (The game starts on the PC but transfers to the Visor. The other job is to provide internet to the game console so as to be an MMORPG. XD)
What do you guys think?

Guys, please, if you need to insult each other, do it off the forum. That's one of our few rules and I don't want to have to warn people over this. Billiam, if you try to make your posts more appropriate to topics, you will not risk irritating the other members. Please make an effort not to spam up threads unless you have something to contribute. If I get the impression that you are deliberately posting nonsense to annoy others, you will be temporarily banned.

I think the main reason (coughexcusecough) Sony gives for its monthly fee on EQ is the fact that it has paid GMs. Theoretically, if a game required no GM's (really advanced AI, maybe), maybe there wouldn't be a fee. The only thing is, if there really was a game like that....would you ever want to come out of it? I'd probably just rot away while my mind plays the game. What if I found some sexy elfin guy with wings? I'd starve to death before anyone could think to rip off my visor o_o
Hey anyone want to watch the series and check out the game? www.animecrave.com but you have to pay for an account on that. O well, it's a pretty cool anime.

That site has English dubs. Erm, it hasn't been made yet... *Sigh* I was just hoping that Bandai would make it before 2007 in the anime they said that the first version came out in 2007 in Japan... XD
There is probibly something else in the anime I should mention. There are no ingame admins. There are the crimson knights who warn players that idf thier illegal activities do not stop they will be banned. Then the Knights tell systems administration what is going on with a player and they decide what to do. That's on the first one anyways. In the second series the Knights are in charge of binding and banning the illegal characters.
