Emora's has the final say on this, but as an avid student on demonology, I've found that the trait for sexy wings of fire is dominant, (WW) versus Shea's recessive gene for no sexy wings of fire (ww), thus the prince has the Geneotype (Ww) and the phenotype with sexy Wings of fire.

Just joking..... actually with Praxis all the sexy green fire comes from his blood. Since the Prince shares this he has it as well. Besides I know it was the answer you were hoping for
