6) Power: Granting wishes: She can grant any ones wish as long as it’s in with in her power, but you can’t just ask her… you have to catch her! She plays with children mostly because she is such a child like creature, innocent and sweet.

In the eyes of a child: This is a spell that makes her invisible to every one but a child.

Fairy Dust: All fairies have fairy dust!!! It can make many strange things happen…. Like a person shrink, or something like that!!! Fairy dust doesn't kill... and it doesn't do pretty much of any thing of harm, unless you don't like growing wings and having them for an hour or some other odd thing. Anything could really happen, since there isn't a record.

7) Appearance: Rose has short red hair that is perfectly styled and has always stayed that way! Her heir is the color of a bright red rose and her eyes are the color of ivy leaves. She wears an ivy shirt and a short ivy skirt. She has the tattoo of an ivy leaf on her shoulder blade and one wrapping around her thigh. She wears gold bracelets on her ankles and her right wrist. She has ivy leaves in her hair and a one rose with them. She wears green eye shadow that brings out her eyes and red lipstick and her make up never falters, after all she is a fairy. She stands about 2 inches tall with pointy ears and has green wings that are streaked with red. When she flies a red glow or shimmer follows shortly behind her.

8) Weaknesses: She could be stepped on or squashed by mindless adults who don’t watch where they’re going. Allergies… some things make her sneeze and she will sneeze, sending fairy dust shaking off of her and onto the person… then any number of things could happen.

9) Biography: When Rose was a little fairy, a couple of hundred years ago, she was picked to be a Wish Master because even then she was granting wishes, but they were her own. One time she wished herself human on an accident and had to stay that way until she found help from another fairy who could wish her back, because for some reason she could be turned back by her own way… Don’t ask why, no one seems to know.

She didn’t have to go through a lot of schooling to become a Wish Master… all you really have to know are the rules.

1: Don’t grant a wish for some one to be brought back from the dead if they have been dead for two days or more. The only exception… Vampires and the Undead that aren’t totally gross looking… Well that’s not the exact rule but it’s how she translates it.

2: Never grant a wish that involves some one falling in love with another person.

3: Never grant a wish that involves winning a battle and such…<br>
When she graduated from Wish Master School… corny and obvious name I know, but that’s what it is for after all! She took off out into the world leaving Utopia, the kingdom of Fairies, and going out into the real world to play with children, grant wishes, and make adults look like fools! She doesn’t really have a home, except for the one in Utopia that she goes to every now and then, she can sleep pretty much any where, preferring roses to any other flower or leaf. She often sleeps on the pillow of a child, but has to watch out… for the child could role over and crush her.

When she was just out of Wish School she made friends with a happy little butterfly named Tiny. He is orange and yellow and black and he is really, really cute! Well, that’s how she describes him. She rides him wherever she goes, helping him not get squashed. She could fly if she wanted… but she likes riding Tiny.

10) Personality: Rose is a cheerful person who is so innocent acting and sweet and cute that to some it could be annoying. She loves helping people and granting wishes for children and she loves playing with them. She also has a habit of playing jokes on grown ups because there so stupid and such.

Things that make her sad… When other fairies die, when children grow up to soon or grow up period, broken hearts, crushed dreams, and unhappy children.
