Hey, and welcome to Heirot! This is an excellent character; thanks for all the detail. The only request I have is to add one more weakness to her. So far, the weakness is mostly a limitation of her power. Throw me a PM when you're ready!

I approve of this character.

Just a quick note though. Before it wasn't required to have a written description, however, after a little discussion, it is required from now on to give one. Though a picture does convey appearance well, there are things that one cannot get through a picture alone. You can still base a character off of a picture and even post it as a visual aid. But it must be backed up with a text description.
