Tenele watched him with watery eyes as he apologised in the sweetest manner... Like a gentleman. She didn't know what to do to say that she excepted his appology. She wanted it to be sweet as well.

She moved her head around to where she could reach the side of his face and she kissed his cheek sweetly.

Her head rested back on the pillow eyeing him carefully and then she moved her hand around to lift his chin upwards. She leaned forward and pressed her lips to his, excepting his apology.

Vlad opened his eyes slowly as Tenele kissed him and tilted his chin back up to face her. Their red glow shone slightly in the relatively dark room. He stared at her with a silent, blank look. He had not spoken to anyone the way he just had since his days as a human. He still couldn't decide if doing it meant he was sacrificing something or overcoming it.

He warm lips met his, and his thoughts fell silent. He stopped breathing and his eyes fell shut, holding very still.

Tenele kissed him gently, slowly, she wasn't consentrating, but feeling. Her eyes were closed and her face relaxed, her warmth flowing into him through her lips.

She pulled her lips away and pressed her cheek to his, resting her head on his shoulder. "Apology excepted, my lord."

"Mmm...." she said and smiled. "I like when you call me, Tenele." She closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around him, holding him close to her. Holding him tight against her.

She didn't know how long this moment would last. She didn't know when he would say something mean again. She just knew that what he said was sencer and she believed he was sorry.

She smiled and moved her face to where she could see him. "I would like you to rest here too, my lord... I really would." She blinked her eyes slowly, smiling at him.

Vlad smiled slightly and levitated himself up over her to the empty side of the bed without releasing her hand. The covers turned down and pulled up over him as he came to rest beside her, lying on his side. What exactly was going on? This felt more intimate than before, even if it wasn't the first time he'd slept with her. And it certainly wasn't his first time under the covers with a woman. He breathed in the scent of her hair and watched her thoughtfully. What exactly was she to him?

Tenele rolled unil her stomach was pressed against his and she lowed her head down to where she could snuggle up under his chin. She snuggled up to him, though she didn't know how he felt about the situation. She just knew she wanted to get as close to him as possible.

She refused to admit to him how she truely felt. She would pretend she didn't, and hide her feelings down in her heart. She could admit though, just to herself, that she was happiest with him holding her in his arms.

Vlad instinctively put his arm around her as she curled into his chest, holding her securely. His head tilted forward so that his chin rested in her hair, and he closed his eyes. Whatever he felt toward her, there would be time to figure it out. For now, he decided to sleep, though he had lied about being tired. But he was comfortable, so he let himself drift off, his arm tightening slightly around her in his sleep.

Tenele felt so comfortable in his tight embrace. Her warmth spread out, radiating around her and into his cool body. Her silver hair fell across the pillow and over his arm. Her green eyes shut gently and she fell into a comfortable sleep, one not disturbed by nightmares of the horrors she had seen in that city.

In the night Rosoff snuck in, tiptoeing to the bed where Vlad's back was to him. He snickered, though tried to be quiet about it... He climbed onto the bed and inched closer and closer and closer until his chest was pressed to Vlad's bare back. His arm wrapped around Vlad's middle, squirming in between Tenele's chest and Vlad's abdomen, snugglng up to the vampire and cuddling himself to sleep.

In his sleep, Vlad was vaguely aware of warm skin pressing into his shirtless torso. In his state, it didn't occur to him that it was odd for his back and front to both be warm at once, but it was pleasant, and arousing. He murmured a faint moan of pleasure, not quite waking, and ran his fingers down Tenele's back.

Tenele pressed closer to him, smashing Rosoff's hand to Vlad's torso with her chest. She vaguely felt Vlad's fingers slide down her back, which was covered in the thin tunic. "Mmm..." she said softly, her lips brushing his collar.

Rosoff grinned, and tried to slid his hand down to... erm... touch a certain spot, but found his hand pinned with how titley the hand was pressed in by Tenele's soft chest and Vlad's hard abs.

"Er...." he said and then shrugged, enjoying the feel of Vlad's body against his.

Vlad's breath thickened slightly as warm skin pressed againsth is. Subconsciously, he felt the hand trying to move downward and curled his muscled chest away enough to allow it. In his half-sleeping state, his sexual judgment wasn't good enough to even question why Tenele would be so forward; his masculine instincts certainly didnt suggest that he attempt to stop her.

Rosoff almost clapped with glee as Vlad succumb to his will, leaning back and allowing his hand free. Tenele wimpered as she felt Vlad move away in her sleep and he moved his hand lower and lower... and lower until his hand was so close....

He grinned closing his eyes tightly and with one quick movement, grabbed Vlad's "family jewels".
