Heirot

It had been almost six months since her friend fell into that gaping hole after the earth quake. She tried looking for him, but found no trace of him. She didn't know if he was alive or where to look.

Narisa wore her glamerous gippsy clothing, with dangling beeds and glimering coin shaped beeds hanging from a see through fabric tied around her waist.

She looked at Hepian and sighed, going in to make a few bucks by doing a few tricks and maybe the women wouldn't think she was going to still there children. Since the rumor was, thats what gippsies did.

Aidan saw her as she entered the city gates. Her red hair seemed to make her glow. He wondered who she was so decided to meet her.

He walked towards her and bumped into her falling to the ground. It was very obvious he fell on purpose, but that's how wanted it to look.

"I'm sorry, " he said standing up with a smile, "I should be more careful."

Narisa gasped, a bit shocked by the sudden contact. Then she smiled and reached down to help him up. "Its alright, no harm done, right?"

She moved a strand of red hair out of the way and with a glance she smiled brightly. "Well, it was nice... bumping into you." She turned and began to walk off. Half way there she turned back. "My names Narisa, by the way."

Aidan smiled with satisfaction. He knew that he now had her attention and the ice was cracked.

"I'm Aidan..." he he replied wiping himself off. "I'm really sorry. Could I buy you lunch sometime?"

Narisa smiled. "Well, maybe you could buy me lunch today?" she asked with a grin. "If your not too busy that is."

"I have nothing but time..." he replied. He looked around then asked, "So what did you have in mind?"

"Doesn't matter, I have no idea where I'm at anyway," she said and giggled. "Know any good places to eat, I'm starving!"

"I know a place right up the road that is really good." He offered an arm and smirked, "Shall we?"

Narisa smiled at him and looped her arm with his. "Alright, lets go forth in search of food!" she said as if they were starting on some grand adventure from which they would find great bounty.

He led the way down the town strip. It wasn't long before they came to sign that read The Skeleton House. "It's not as bad as the name sounds," he informed her. "It's actually really nice." He walked up the steps and opened the door for her then followed her inside.

"Table for two," he told the waiter just inside the door. The waiter led them to their table, and they were seated.

"Can I interest you into something to drink?" he asked with a courteous smile.

"I'll have the brandy," Aidan answered then looked up at Narisa.

Narisa smiled at the waiter. "I'll have tea, thank you," she said and looked back at the man she had met. "So, do you live around here?" she asked and fiddled with her napkin in her lap.
