Power
He has the power to control electrical charges. He can form it into a ball and hurtle it towards an enemy; make lightning bounce off him and the such. He also has a certain liking to fire, therefore able to control it. He has a specialty to fireballs and firewalls. These skills he learned from a wanderer who stayed in the village for a month. During that time, Estorel was also learning Water and Earth Manipulation from his father, but Castamir was learning Fire and Energy Manipulation from the wanderer.
Appearance
A tall wood elf with long, jet-black hair, Castamir always wears a long, black cloak, with the hood usually drawn over his face. He has dark eyes and a long nose, his ears are more pointed than of normal elves. He pale skin, and his fingers are quite long.
Weaknesses
As he is inclined to using electrical charges and fire, he has weakness to water. He also has a certain weakness to air, since fire uses air. If he is left in an enclosed space, he is usually afraid because he is thinking of the loss of air.
Biography
He is the older brother of Estorel, but he stayed in the village of his fathers longer than Estorel did. One day a wanderer who taught Energy and Fire Manipulation came to their town. Castamir became interested and studied from the wanderer, but he focused his studies in Energy Manipulation. After a month, however, the wanderer showed his true colors. He sent fire raining from the sky. The village was destroyed, the people fled. Because of the fire that ravaged it, Castamir became angry and promised to avenge his townfolk, but, as he studied the arts of Magic, he became more skilled in Fire Manipulation when he found out the privileges of fire.
Personality
Silent, but quick to angry. Castamir does not like to be disurbed by anyone, and is usually alone. He believes that 'friends slow you down'. He is quite unlike his brother, Estorel. Even if he seems evil, he has not hurt anyone, he only scares them. Even if he likes the solitude, he also believes in justice and the importance of life. This trait may have resulted from the fire that incinerated their village.

Nice character so far! The claustrophobia weakness is really interesting! I have two recommendations to improve him before I approve: First, could you describe how and why he obtained the power to control fire and electricity? You mentioned that he learned to control fire because he wants his village burned down, but who could teach him this, and what about the electricity? My other question is not necessary for an approval, but might make your bio more interesting: Who burned his village down that he wants revenge against, or was it an accidental fire, in which case it's hard to avenge it?
