Are half-elves impure?

It depends on how you look at it. Half elves normally have their life spans cut in half, but that doesn't mean elves are immortal either...

uh...Well i don't think they're impure. ^_^;

I don't, hehe, but it's one of my favorite themes I've used in my writing. Something fascinating about a character born from two societies and accepted by neither. So far, I haven't seen the racial tension played up much in Heirot adventures, but it would be interesting if someone did. Perhaps because we haven't formalized an elven homeland yet, we don't have the two cultures needed for the clash.

When I read some stories, Soran's for example, about half-elves being impure, I feel so sorry for them! Because I know people who are two mixed races and that's what they remind me of. My b/f is half Phillipino, but I love him anyways! I don't think he's impure! ^_^
