4) Race- He is half gargoyle and half human

5) Job/Class- Is an assassin for the Queen of Arken

6) Power- Since Dryden is only half gargoyle he doesn’t have to turn into stone just at day. But, when badly wounded he turns to stone automatically and isn’t able to fight it. That is the way his body heals itself. This makes him vulnerable because he can be attacked when in his stone form.

He has the ability to fly because of his gargoyle wings. They are also very flexible and can become a cloak when needed, which helps somewhat to hide the fact he is half gargoyle. It just looks like a very expensive leather cloak when done so.

7) Appearance- Dryden stands 6’6” with broad shoulders and a heavily muscled form. His skin is a light gray, mostly white but still a tint of gray. His face is hard and his expression is mostly dark. He would be considered fairly nice looking by some, but he isn’t the best looking person in the world. He has a long white scar going down the side of his face. Up his twined around his arm and moving over onto his chest is a tattoo of red dragon. Drydon’s eyes are normal like a human, except for the color. They are a dark crimson and when angry they turn a bright red. His teeth are slightly fanged on both top and bottom. He has long black hair pulled back into a ponytail in the middle of his head. His ears are pointed and he has a silver earring in one ear. He wears black pants and high black boots and a black vest, no shirt. Because of being half gargoyle he doesn’t get cold. He carries a long sword that is shaped into a wave. The hilt is black and the bottom has the head of a dragon on it.

8) Weaknesses- He hates sunlight. His eyes take forever to adjust so going outside real quick makes it hard for him to see until his eyes adjust. He can’t prevent himself from turning to stone when hurt very badly, which makes it easy for someone to kill him in that position.

9) Biography- Dryden’s mother was a gargoyle who worked for Queen Shea. There was a certain soldier that caught her fancy, but he paid her no attention, because she was a gargoyle and hideous in his eyes. Still, she couldn’t understand the feeling of want… so she pleaded with her Queen to help her. Her queen obliged and for one night she placed a spell of illusion over Dryden’s mother Nyrissa.

Nyrissa had fallen for a very shallow man, for once he saw the beauty he didn’t care who she was he wanted her. So in that night, unknowingly Nyrissa became pregnant with Dryden and his twin sister Dylena. Shea knew this would happen and she had planned for it. She would take the children from Nyrissa and use them to her advantage. Dryden was a hopeful student… But, his sister hated what they forced her to do. It aggravate Shea, so one day she ordered Dryden to kill his sister. He forced them to fight… But, Dylena, knowing Dryden would kill her, escaped out the window. Dryden was ordered not to follow…

Dryden was given the job as an assassin and his first duty was to assassinate a lord in Ongoreth. He completed the job successfully and left the lord’s wife a widow. He continued on with various jobs, doing assassinations for not just the Queen, but lords and ladies in both Arken and Ighten.

He wondered the world, even venturing into Outer Lands, where he found the place less welcoming to beings of his type. He returned to Arken, bored with his job. He has taken up traveling at the moment, killing innocents here and there for his pleasure. To keep him from getting too bored he has started a pursuit for his sister along the way.

10) Personality - Dryden is a mean bastard who cares nothing for others. He would take the life of any man, woman, or child if he wanted if nothing more than just to hear them scream until they gasped there last breath. He found killing and the style of killing fascinating and enjoys coming up with knew forms. He likes to hunt and play games with his preys mind. He’s often driven them to insanity before finally killing them. Dryden has never been the type to force himself on a woman, but if he finds the need great enough he probably would. He has yet to meet a woman that he wanted that much. He takes great pleasure in killing children, mainly because they innocence discuss him. He once took two children and made them fight each other, saying he would kill there family if they didn’t. He eventually killed there family anyway even if one boy won or not.
