LORE: The Beginning to Their End
Damien watched as Mi landed on the bed. He normally didn't care too much about the women he slept with but she was different. What he didn't know was why she didn't fight back.
"I warned you, old man!!!" Damien exclaimed. "You should learn to listen."
His eyes blazed. He raised his hands. "Naur Koron!" he yelled as a fiery blast shot from his hands.

"Pathetic, don't you think boy?" the man said as he held up his hands and firy red beams shot up from the floor that were so close together that not even a spark of flame could harm him. "You should practice more."
"Damien, this is not your fight. He is my father, I have wronged him and I should be punished," she said. She had been brainwashed by the sadistic creature. The tone in her voice would almost lead someone to believe that she was not truely evil on the inside. Though, never be decieved by a mere tone. "He is my father, and I am his daughter."

Damien mused at the old man's defensive move. He actually expected more but he figured that Randle wanted him to get scared and flee. Damien had other plans though. He wasn't leaving without Mi.
"Uruite Braga!" Damien yelled. The walls around the room began exploding with a fiery aftermath. "Sgiathatch!" He added and an enormous dragon rose from the floor. Its talons were sharp and its wings massive. The fiery fiend roared and as flames erupted from its nostrils.
"This is not a father at all." The dragon swung its tail busting the fiery wall that Randle had created.

"He is my father!" Mi said, and pulled the sheets of her bed around her. "He is the only family I have ever known."
"She's my daughter, I can punish her how I see fit." He disappeared as flames enveloped him. "But, if you want her so much, then leave and take her with you. However, she will come back to me, she always does."

"N'alaquel!" Damien muttered and the dragon retreated beneath the floor. Damien didn't know where the words were coming from or how he knew them but he liked it. The words were powerful and he could feel himself getting stronger every time he used them.
He reached down and snatched Mi up to him. "Are you alright?" He asked. Everything in the room was now settled and seemed back to normal.

"I'm fine," she said a bit testily. She didn't need anyone to save her. This was going to happen sooner or later. He didn't need an excuse to punish her. Her father always did this. He loved punishing her, he told her it was to make her stronger.
"Now, leave before you get yourself killed," she said and tried to pull away from him.

He pulled her back firmly. "I'm going," he answered,"But you're going with me." He found a nearby drawer and opened. It revealed a bit of women's laundry. Damien pulled out some of the clothes and threw them on the bed.
He gestured at the clothes, "Get dressed." He released her but didn't turn away. "And quickly." Damien was at the root of himself evil but one thing he didn't tolerate was the abuse of something or someone he cared for. He was rather hypocritical because that was his favorite technique for getting back at his enemies.

Mi pulled the black cotton pants and the crimson laced shirt on and looked back at him. "I can't leave," she said. "Don't you understand? He's my father. I have an obligation to him. Besides, he'll do this sooner or later." She held her head high, though her temple was bleeding and a thin trail of blood was going down the side of her face.
She looked every bit as strong as she had the first time they met, but when it came to her father... She feared him.

Damien looked at her as if she were a child. "You can't really think that is your father." He shook his head. "You're not as smart as I had thought."
He looked as she seemed proud when she spoke. "You're pathetic! That's why I can't leave you alone with him." The room around them seemed darker and the air was silent.

The bright and peircing blue that was in Mi's eyes was melted away and taken over by a bright firy red. Her proud heir took on nothing short of rage. How dare he call her pathetic? When he knew nothing of the circumstances?! When he knew nothing of her life?!
"How dare you," she growled, her hands glowing red with heat. "You are one that does not see the forest through the trees. One blinded by his own ego. Do not critisize what you do not understand, for you might find yourself living on borrowed time," she told him and meant every word.
"If you want me to go with you," she said, looking at him now as if she had cooled her temper. Looking at him now as if she were trying to give him a secret message. Looking at him in hopes that he was smart enough to understand.
"If you want me to go with you, you might as well kidnap me," she said, folding her arms. Her eyes returned to the cold blue. "If you can."

Damien didn't waver as she fumed with rage. "My ego may be big," he argued, "And I may be blind. But even a blind man can see that he is not your father and you're an idiot to even believe so."
Her words seemed to have more meaning when he heard, "If you want me to go with you, you may as well kidnap me."
Damien laughed. "I'm not going to kidnap you. I don't have to because I know that you're going to leave with me by choice."

"I can't," she said, completely enraged that he would be so stupid as to miss her statement and what it could mean. Didn't he understand that she could not leave by choice. That is why she told him to kidnap her. She couldn't leave by choice... She wanted too, but couldn't. If she left...
"You're an idiot," she said. "You don't get it. I can't leave!"

Like she would tell him anything. He didn't have a right to know. She didn't even know him. Why in the hell did she sleep with him in the first place?
"Fine," she said. "I'll go with you." She didn't look defeated, she looked calm. So calm that it was like someone who was a peace with death. She walked to her dresser and pulled forth a few days of clothes and stuffed it into a bag.

"So now you wanna go with me all of a sudden?" He didn't understand her reasons and quite frankly didn't care. She was a lot more complicated than he would have expected though.
"If you would have just agreed to go in the first place this could have been avoided." he added as he stepped out into the hall way. The darkness seemed to cover the entire place.
