Vlad's body sang with Atul's fierce movements. He didn't care if Maxwell's bed went through the floor, as long as Atul didn't stop. His tight muscles pressed back against each thrust, taking the half-god as deep as he could go. "Grrah! Atul-Ahh! Ah.. nngh!" Vlad's cock nodded with every strike, dripping pre-come across his stomach. Inside his wild thoughts, he was picturing Tenele's mouth covering him while Atul drove him into oblivion. He cried out both their names interchangeably as his body grew hotter and hotter with ecstasy. Vlad gazed down at Atul's powerful muscles holding him and moving inside him. "You're so fucking sexy," he moaned almost plaintively. Today, he felt like he could come just from behind. His body was so urgent and starved of pleasure, he could barely take any more.

"Fuck," Atul growled, rolling his hips and pile-driving the man beneath him. His words were driving him crazy. Atul focused on trying to last, but Vlad was being to hot. "Tenele will be jealous she missed you like this," he moaned. He bent forward, forcing Vlad into a tight ball. He went at him with wild abandonment until he knew he would shatter. "Vlad... Ah!" He huffed, the strain of holding on showing in his blue eyes. "I'm going to come. I can't... I can't hold on. Too good. Sooo good."

Atul's urgent warning was the end of Vlad's composure. He felt the pleasure harden into a fierce, budding explosion inside of him, looming for a breathless second. Tightened into this position with Atul so close, his mischievous side couldn't resist. He took hold of his rock-hard organ and pointed it upward. And then he was done for. "Aah! Hah..ah! Hahahaha-Aah!" His rapturous screams intermixed into helpless laughter as he came straight into the man's face. He'd meant to be a little kinder and aim for the neck, but hey, accidents happened when you were playing rough.

Atul's eyes were already shut with the pleasure of his own climax, but his mouth was wide open in a deep roar. He was surprised by the sudden onslaught, but he wasn't displeased. He huffed, lowering a glowering gaze at Vlad. "You must be feeling better to play such pranks," he murmured. He wiped a hand across his face with a laugh. He pressed a hard kiss to the vampire's chest.

Vlad wrapped his arms around Atul and pinned him to his chest, but he just couldn't stop laughing at the man's reaction. He stretched luxuriously against Atul's lingering presence inside him and finally managed to rein himself back to a sex-drunken chuckle. "I love you so much, even if you look like a two-bit whore when you're sprayed," he professed, and broke out laughing again.

Atul smirked darkly. "I'll remember this next time. Next time I'll pull out and you'll get it on the face," he snorted. His face grew serious as he looked Vlad over, enjoying his sex-drugged expression. "I love you. I really do. I wish..." He didn't finish. He forced a smile and nuzzled his neck. "That was... Absolutely... Wonderful."

Vlad pulled him up higher against him and wrapped an arm tight around Atul's waist, his other hand cradling the back of his head. "What do you wish, my king?" he purred lovingly, his fingers massaging lightly through Atul's hair. "I'll do anything you ask."

Atul didn't answer. It was a stupid thing to admit, especially since it wouldn't happen. It couldn't happen. It was impossible. Atul sighed. "I wish I could have lasted longer," he lied, rather than admit what he really wanted. He really wanted not to be king. He wanted to be with them. Forever. He wanted to be theirs. A second husband. But, he couldn't. And he had been playing house for so long that he forgot that. "Next time you're getting it in the face."

"No!" Tenele yelped. "Don't fall!" But, the snowman she built so lovingly ignored her and toppled onto his side.

Frustrated, she gave it a sharp kick, shattering the rest of the snow. Tenele thought of how Tenara would love the snow.

She sighed, pulling the fur around her tighter and walking off towards the other end of the courtyard. She had avoided it because of the table, but now she wondered closer to the object of her husband's torment. When she reached it she ran a hand over the cold metal and examined the worn straps that had held him there. She put a hand over her tender side and hoisted herself up, laying down on the table with her furs tucked around her. She absorbed the silence around, thinking of how horrible it must have been to be trapped there while she stared at the cloudy sky.

Vlad smirked and massaged him gently, twining his legs around Atul's to get as much contact as possible. "You already know I like it in the face," he said with a heady grin. He took in the peacefulness of having his love in his arms and the buzz of afterglow rustling gently in his veins. "I'm sorry I worried you. I'm sorry I ever had to leave you. I'd have died where I lay if you hadn't found me. Just a few minutes longer, and I'd never have held you again. I don't think I really believed I was alive until you were over me. I wanted to be, but I didn't believe it."

Atul smiled as he settled against him. "I'm glad you believe it now. I'm glad I could help... But, I am more happy that we found you in time, for all of our sakes."

Atul sighed heavily and forced his mind into the moment, instead of the future. "I wonder where Tenele wondered off to."

Atul's question finally reminded Vlad that the door had opened during their steamy encounter. "Maybe I'd best look for her," he murmured. He hoped she hadn't felt left out. At the same time, he felt good about restoring his bond with Atul. In his mind, his relationship with the king couldn't be going better. He had no inkling of the concerns weighing on the man's mind, because Vlad was very good at assuming he'd find a way around such long-term issues.

"I think she would enjoy that," Atul sighed. He waited a moment before he coughed, wanting to add this in while the vampire was high on the afterglow. "We slept together... A few times. I think we just needed it to take our minds off what was happening to you... And to warm up. I wasn't sure if you would be angry... She is your wife, not mine."

Vlad glanced at him. "Did you enter her there?" he asked.

Atul felt his stomach flip. He could lie... But, he didn't want to lie to him. "Yes," he whispered apologetically. His eyes lowered with shame. "Forgive me... I love her."

"Atul..." Vlad blinked. He honestly hadn't expected that answer. He'd had plenty of time to think while he was here, and one of the things he'd decided while doing all that thinking was to give Atul permission if he ever saw him again, to make them equal, assuming Tenele was accepting. He hadn't counted on how he'd feel if the man went ahead without getting permission... not when they'd explicitly agreed not to.

"Why would you do that without asking me?" he asked quietly. His ruby eyes were hurt.
