"Yes it is," he agreed, "It's good to get away from reality sometimes."

He swam to the bank and climbed out of the water. He got a towel from the campsite and began drying off. He took off his shirt and stretched it out beside the fire. He changed his pants and laid his wet pair beside his shirt.

"Are you going to be in much longer?" he asked with a smile.

Xhaila shook her head and started to get out. She didn't change yet, only sat at the bank with her feet in the water. Her wet, silver hair fell elegantly around her face, almost mermaid-like.

"When do you want to leave?" she asked, looking up at the blue sky. Cumulus clouds were forming in the east. "It doesn't much matter to me. Whenever you want is fine."

Cainon looked up at the sky. The sun had nearly risen to mid day already. "I'd suggest we leave soon if we want to get much traveling done today."

He began packing up the tent and things. "Do you know how far it is to the next town with an inn?" he asked.

"Umm," she said, taking her feet out of the water and walking over towards her things. She pulled out another pair of clothes, black baggy pants and a black sleeveless shirt. She walked behind a large tree and began to change after tossing her wet clothes close to the fire so that they would dry. "If we leave soon, we should be there by dusk."

Cainon couldn't see her behind the tree, but still he kept catching himself looking in that direction.

He put the last few things into the bag and picked it up. "Well I'm ready when you are." he told her. He poured water on the fire.

She finally got into her clothes, her hair soaking the back of the clean shirt, and walked out from behind the tree. She sighed and pulled her hair up into a tight bun, hopefully keeping it from dripping so much on her shirt. She then gave Cainon a smile and gathered her things. It didnt' take long, as she prefered to travel light. She carried her wet clothes, another pair of clean clothes, two katanas, and a canteen which she filled up in the stream before telling him that she was ready.

"All ready," she said with a soft smile.

Cainon returned the smile. Xhaila seemed to be glowing. Her silver hair glistened and her soft skin radiated with beauty.

"Well then..." he mumbled, "Let's get goin..." He through his sack on his back and walked over to where Xhaila was standing.

"I'm following you" he said.

She nodded and began to walk straight ahead. There was a path up ahead that they could walk on. It would be much faster that way. Two locks of wet hair fell loose and framed her face, her ice blue eyes sparkling with sunlight.

"There's a path up ahead that we can take, there usually isn't much traffic through here," she told him.

"Great!" he said walking along beside her. He couldn't see how a woman this beautiful could be an assassin. She just seemed to soft and delicate.

"This path leads to the town, doesn't it?" he asked.

She nodded and looked back at him, a soft smile on her face. "Yeah. And we should be there before dusk," she said. "Unless we run into some trouble, but I kind of doubt that."

In truth, she had only been attacked by bandits a couple of times in the last year. And both times, she left with only a few scratches.

((Yeah. Go Xhaila! XD >.>))

Nearly as soon as the words got out of Xhaila's mouth a gang of bandits came from all sides of them. There were 25 of them. An uncontrollable smile came to Cainon's face.

"Well I guess you doubted wrong," he said jokingly.

The creek was now under his full control. This fight should be easy enough. Xhaila was a skilled assassin and he had the stream at his command.

"What do you propose we do?" he asked calmy. He knew there was nothing to worry about. The bandits slowly moved in around them.

Xhaila also thought it was a bit funny that she had said that statement only seconds before they were attacked. She pulled out both of her katanas as they neared in on her. "Well, what else do we do?" she said we humor. "We kick ass."

She smirked and swung the blade, only missing one of them by a little. They tried to attack her then, swinging a sword at her horizontally, but she ducked down and dodged it skillfully. She then brought a katana up and stabbed him in the chest. She pulled it out as the bandit dropped to the ground.

She then started attacking the rest of them, hoping that Cainon knew what he was doing.

Cainon pulled the dagger from his boot and five men hit the ground in a matter of seconds. Everyone of them had there guts laying on the ground beside them.

Cainon smiled with amusement. It had been a while since he fought someone. He hacked and slashed at the bandits with lightning speed.

In the midst of the battle he noticed Xhaila. She moved with elegance and grace. Her silver hair danced around her as she battled.

In a matter of minutes, all of the bandits were killed. She smiled and wiped the blood on her swords off on the grass.

"Hm. I'll learn not to speak too soon from now on," she said with amusement. "You didn't do bad, though. Not bad at all." She gave him a smile and put her weapons away. "Shall we continue?"

Cainon smiled back. He wiped the blood on the bottom of his boot. "I think we should..."

He put the dagger back in its sheathe and retrieved the few things he carried.

It wasn't long before they made it to the trail that led to the town. The sun was slowly but surely dissappearing. "Do you still think we will make it to the inn?" he asked.
