Laya felt his comforting presence and heard his voice in her head. It broke through her hallucination I’m here, this is my hand. Laya didn’t understand what was happening. Kron just stepped aside to let Telanis through? No… It must have been a lie.
She felt Telanis soothing power flow into her. But, she didn’t feel any stronger or any better. Her eyes blinked open and she looked up at Telanis. If anything, it felt like it was getting stronger. She thought that maybe Telanis’s magic would make it feel worst before making it better. But, suddenly she had I thought flash through her.
A horrible distrustful thought that she never should have been thinking.
What if he was the person cursing people. What if he was going to make it worst?
But, Laya fought that thought from her mind as she felt the heaviness of sleep fall on her. She suddenly felt all her energy drain. Something was going wrong…. Something like this wasn’t supposed to happen? Then again she didn’t know much about this healing. Then again it might be that she was just now realizing how weak she was. She didn’t feel very dizzy anymore… Just felt tired.

Kratos watched Telanis attempt to heal Laya. He couldn't tell if it was working or not. Feeling that it'd be best if he left the room for now, Kratos left to find his sister. He went to the upper decks only to find Adonis with some...thing. He quirked a brow at the two then decided to move on.
Neko was near the stern. How long had she been there staring out into the ocean?
"Neko.." Kratos said softly behind her. neko turned to face him. Her eyes calm and serene, an enhancing change to her normally challenging experssion.
"Just looking out into the water brother." she said, a serene and out of touch tone in her voice. She was deffinatly daydreaming.
"Neko, there's something wrong with Laya." Neko's serene and calm mood was affecting his voice to keep it just above a whisper. Neko blinked out of her reverie.
"I thought she was sick." Back to normal, Neko trotted down the decks back to the stairs. Kratos trailed after her trying to get his thoughts together.

"The ship is bound for Ongoreth," Adonis said carefully, as though uncertain how to interact with her. His demeanor seemed chilled for a moment as one of his brother's unpleasant friends ran past them toward the deck, but when he spoke again, his voice was calm, almost friendly. "I'm also looking for the galley."
Telanis nodded to Kratos when he said he was leaving to search for his sister. The unicorn sat next to Laya's bed and watched her dutifully. Something didn't seem right... the relief he had expected was not the emotion he felt from her when his spell was complete; instead, he had sensed unsettled confusion. He decided not to wake her, waiting beside her with his gentle patience.

Laya laid herself down on the bed when Telanis was done. She laid down on her back, to weak to even roll over.
She closed her eyes and fell off into sleep, but after several minutes restless thoughts woke her. She couldn't help but wonder if she had been halusinating or if her nightmare was real. Her eyes fluttered open slightly and she could see Telanis next to her.
"It was a halusination wasn't it?" she asked weakly. "He... wasn't here... was he...?"

"You were hallucinating," Telanis said calmingly. "The person you saw, the one that hurt you...I won't let that person come near you again." He looked down at his hands that rested in his lap, thinking about something with a frown. He brought his eyes back to her and asked with a tone of solemn suspicion, "Laya, how do you feel now? You aren't any better....are you?" He couldn't understand it himself, but he could feel it; she was perhaps even worse off than before.

Laya couldn't answer him at first, she was so relieved that it had been a halucination that she wanted to cry. She swallowed hard though, so she could answer him at least.
She didn't really know what to tell him. She didn't want him to feel bad for only trying to help her. But, it seemed magic couldn't help this problem. She wasn't going to get better.
Laya reached out and found his hand as she tilted her head towards him. Her hand was trembling violently as she did so, but she didn't eve notice. "It's... okay, Telanis," she whispered to him softly. She opened her mouth to say something, but stopped. She did it several times until she could muster the voice to say it. "I'll be alright." She found his hand and squeezed it lightly.
She wanted to tell him something to make him feel bettter, but she had this horrible feeling that wanted to make her spill her guts to him. To talk to him about ever petty thing she could. To tell him so much about how she felt. But, she didn't want to burden him with that.
"Thank you... for helping me. You are the kindest person I've ever met in my life... Kindest unicorn I mean... Oh," she said and smiled. "Your the only unicorn I've met."

Tetsumaru looked around him, gripping onto the guardrails on deck tightly. They were all out to get him. That was the thought that was running through his head. His senility had taken a random turn towards paranoia after having been taken away from his isolated home in the woods. The momentary dispute that had taken place between Ziekel and Adonis had further cemented his belief that people were plotting against him.
"I willu meikku a run foru it," the semi insane samurai thought, and then put words into actions as he leaped off the side of the boat and attempted to run on water. Unfortuneately, Tetsumaru had no divine powers and quickly sank, breathing in water and ending his life rather quickly.
On board, a few sailors raised the shouts of "Man overboard!" but when he didn't seem to be coming up anytime soon they decided that there was nothing they could do about it. They weren't even able to identify who it was that had jumped off the boat.
(OOC: There! Rid of Tetsumaru now! Mwahahaha)

Ooc: Yay! *steals Ziek*
"Right," Adonis said calmly, following after the unusual girl. Her energetic demeanor was intriguing, and after all, she wasn't a human. After a moment, he noticed her eyes wandering over the floor. It wasn't his problem, but... "Are you missing something?" he asked, glancing across the floor.
Telanis was concerned about Laya, but her words still encouraged him. "You're welcome," he said warmly, placing one of his long hands lightly over hers. He tried to think that Laya's illness was just a coincidence.

Neko and Kratos walked back into the room only to find Laya looking quite well with Telanis. Neko turned and angry look at her brother.
"I thought you said she was sick?" she asked him. Kratos shrugged.
"She was...when I left." Kratos blinked at the two then took a hasty step forward. "Are you alright?" he asked Laya. He wondered if Telanis decided to heal her anyway.

Adonis raised an eyebrow as Ziekel very obviously searched for whatever it was she claimed not to be searching for. It was strangely endearing. He looked across the ground inconspicuously, unable to resist his instinct to help her find the thing she was worried about.
"Yes, from near the shore," he answered her when she asked if he was from Ighten. "And yourself?" he followed up, convincing himself that he was merely asking out of formality. A slight glint caught his eye just under the frame of the door to their right. He knelt down and slid it out with his finger. It was a solid gold coin. Adonis examined it thoughtfully, wondering what something like this was doing lying around.

Kratos nodded, still wary of her disposition. "We shall leave you alone then." he bowed his head and stepped out with Neko. They stood in silence for a few moments, each trying to find something to say when Neko put a hand on his shoulder. Kratos looked into her smiling face.
"Y'know," she started, "I don't think we ever got the chance to talk about our travels." Kratos sighed and nodded.
"Over some ale? Assuming you can hold it down." he smirked. Neko frowned.
"I bet you I can hold my ale more than you can."
"Child, you have not been to as many taverns as I have."
"Oh, that's it." Neko grabbed her brother's arm and tugged him down towards the galley entrance. They sat themselves down at a small table, a kitchen worker set down their plates along with their ale, and thus assumed their long night of drinking.

Telanis looked at Laya uncomfortably. He wanted to say that she would be fine, but he was a bit confused by the situation. His power should have completely resolved whatever was ailing her. "I hope it will be so," he said, frowning thoughtfully.

"It was on the ground," Adonis said to Ziekel, straightening up again. He sensed a kind of longing emanating from the fox creature, and immediately held it out toward her. "Here," he said abruptly, dropping it into her palm. Again, his protective instincts had kicked in. He normally kept them well in check...was it because she wasn't a human? "I'm going to find the galley," he said evenly. Turning quickly away from her, he began walking on toward the galley.
