Rai coughed, clutching Soran's arm and grinning. "I drank the water, is that bad?" she asked spitting it out. She didn't mean to, but it kept coming in her mouth while she was swimming.

"It's fine," Soran said, watching her sputter with proud eyes.

Rai grinned evilly. "Now I get to dunk you!" she said, pulling on his arm.

"Oh, do you?" Soran asked skeptically.

Rai nodded. "You told me I could," she said, narrowing her eyes on him. "You said that if I swam to you I could!"

Soran swallowed his pride and leaned forward so Rai could Tug his head underwater.

Rai grinned and let go of his arm, pushing down on his head to make it go under water. She laughed as she felt her hands slip under the water and she went down with him, since she wasn't good at keeping her head above water yet.

Soran went under and held his breath before coming back up with Rai, a his hair hanging in black streams over his eyes.

Mizuki kept swimming backwards and listening to everyone. On the bank Blade played with the grass then decided to lay down and fall asleep.

Rai giggled and tried to reach up to move Soran's hair from his eyes. She found it funny that his hair was in his eyes. "Silly!" she told him, laughing at how funny he looked to her.

Siren couldn't help but laugh, watching the others play in the water. She still remembered her "morning" panic, though, so she got up and went a bit further off the bank, grasping her whip by the hilt and willing it to unravvel around her.

She cracked the whip a few times testingly, since it had been a while since she was able to use it last, and then began a routine of swirling the whip around her carefully, avoiding her large wings, and cracking it in different directions, leaping in the air and doing twists and what was almost flipps as she weaved the whip around her body, occasionally cracking it out at immaginary opponents.

Soran held his eyes closed tolerantly while Rai pushed his wet hair aside, then opened them again. "Silly, am I?" he asked incredulously, hoisting her up and turning toward Mizuki and Siren. "I'm going to dry off and get some lunch," he said.

Mizuki waved her hand in acknowledgment then stopped swimming. "Where is my son?" she asked.

Rai giggled, and wrapped her arms around Soran's neck. "He's over there!" she told Mizuki. "In the bushy grass thing!"

Mizuki smiled and looked to where Rai had pointed. She found Blade fast asleep safely and sighed inwardly. She nodded to Soran and Rai and sank under the water slowly to continue swimming.
