Soran's unintentional staring at Mizuki was cut off as more water splashed up at him and sent his attention back to Rai. "Alright you," he said, floating her into the shallow water again, "You can splash all you want after you start swimming." He thought for a moment and it occurred to him that he didn't remember being taught to swim...he just figured it out. Most things had a method and order for learning tracked in his mind, even if he didn't remember actually learning them, such as fighting, but he wasn't sure where to begin teaching someone to swim.
"So, move your arms and legs like this," he said, swimming normally part way downstream and then against the current back upstream. He returned to Rai's side and looked at her expectantly, as if she might have figured out how to magically replicate what he just did.

Rai giggled and leaned forward in the water to try, going completely under in one move. She paniced again, but this time something was under her feet and she stood up. Her hair was in her eyes and as she spit and sputtered she moved it out of the way.
"Thats hard... Got a easy way?" she said, coughing again.

Soran twitched as Rai just sank like a weight. "An easy way?" he said half to himself, glancing over at Mizuki again. "Here," he said, supporting Rai by the waist and holding her horizontally on the surfface of the water, "Practice moving your arms like you're pushing the water down and behind you, and kick your legs."

Rai did as she was told, her arms flailing around, not as neat as Soran's but it was more of the same manuever. Seh kicked her legs, casuing water to splash all around her. At the same time she held her breath so if she did sink again she wouldn't get water in her mouth. The water didn't taste to good at all. She soon turned red and had to gasp quickly for air.
Mizuki watched Rai swim and smiled to herself at the two. Blade cooed and actually started to splash the water and got her wet. Mizuki blinked and laughed at her son and gently splashed him back. Blade cooed and giggled and made Mizuki fell confident enough to go a little deeper with him.
She held him close and slid slowly, deeper into the water. Blade got nervous and gripped his mother tightly as the water encircled him to his waist as Mizuki held him.
"You're alright." Mizuki said to calm him. Blade cooed softly as the water made his wings wet.

Blade got a burst of energy and started to splash again. Mizuki laughed and tried to sheild her face. Her hair was wet and matted to her face and shoulders. Giggling, Blade tried to squirm out of his mother's arms, only he ended up falling head first into the water and was completely submerged. Mizuki panicked, thinking he might inhale the water by accident, and lifted him fast back out of the water.
"Blade!" she gasped and held him tightly. But he was giggling and having fun. He wanted to do it again. "No... not again..." Mizuki gasped, then smiled at her son. She looked up to see Soran and Rai calling it quits for now.
"How's she doing so far?" she asked.

Siren's eyes fluttered open lazily. She sighed and rolled over, knowing from the brightness in the room and Rai's absense that she had vastly overslept again.
"This is becoming a bad cycle," she mumbled. She never behaved this way in the Dark Angel city. She sat up and yawned, barely stretching, her hair a mess.
She poked herself in the stomach, noticing finally that her body was starting to lose it's definition. Her wings weren't as sturdy feeling either.
"Nyahh! At this rate I'll become a pudgy mess!" she said, scrambling out of the bed, almost getting caught in the sheets and falling over.
"That's it! I'm only 23! This can't happen yet!" she whined.
She removed the tie from her hair and quickly smoothed it down a bit, neglecting to put the binding back in. and looked around her in frustration. Seeing the window, she ran up to it, flung it open, paused to perch and look around for a moment, not seeing anyone, and sprung outside into the air, her loose hair flying behind her.
She flew around the house for a moment till she heard voices, then swooped down towards them, not really paying attention to anything but the figures. As she got closer, moving at a very quick pace, she noticed the water around them, spazed as she tried to avoid her origional landing point, and toppled the last few feet in a ball of feathers, releasing pitiful screeches as she went, but successfully managing to avoid the water.
She groaned as she tried to re-arange herself propperly, her hair now in a complete mess, spitting some out of her mouth.

ooc: Whoops ^_^' Didn't realize this was waiting on me!

"Fairly well. Probably," Soran answered, wading with Rai over to Mizuki. He looked at the baby angel in her arms, who seemed to be taking to the water, and remembered what Siren had told him about angels and swimming. Interesting, he thought, then glanced up as he heard the sound of something whooshing toward them. He caught sight of Siren just in time to see her veer off course from where they were swimming and tumble in a feathery ball on the opposite bank, cringing slightly at her screech as she landed. "Siren?" he called to her cautiously.

Siren looked up at the blank stares she was getting in dread as she finally managed to re-tame her hair somewhat. She pulled her legs under her and stood as if they were completely foreign to her, her wings tightly folded. Upon finding her balance, with a bright red splayed across her face, she walked up to the river as casually as she could, stopping a foot or so away from the edge.
"Can we pretend you didn't just see that?" she asked everyone in a quiet voice, straining a grin.

(OOC: Hrmm, maybe you guys were actually waiting on me ^^;;; Sorry guys if you were.)
Jhaptal soon grew bored of sitting inside the house. He scanned the room and tracked down the kodachis that he normally wore. Flexing his right arm, he noted, with a slight twinge of pain, that the infection hadn't completely cleared away yet. He kept the other one where it was and stepped out to train.
