Lore: On the Road to Vengeance...
He nodded with a smile. "I slept well. Don't worry about last night...I should be the one apologizing to you. I was the one who was rude."
He reached down and grabbed another piece of meat. "I'm going to go down stream a little ways and get cleaned up. Will you be alright?"
He figured she would but thought it was best to be sure.

"Umm, yeah. I'll be fine," she said. She was an assassin, after all. Of course, she would be all right. But she appreciated his kindness and gave him a soft smile. "Go ahead. I'm a big girl, and I can stay by myself for a little while," she teased. She winked at him and helped herself to another piece of bacon.
Cainon smiled at her remark and walked on down stream. "I'll be back in a few."
Cainon removed his clothes and stepped into the cool creek water. It felt nice to get cleaned up. It always made him fell like a new person.
He stepped back out and dried himself with a an old shirt he had with him. He wondered what Xhaila was doing all alone. He couldn't help but worry that something might happen to her while she was on her on, so he hurried and got dressed to get back to where she was.

While Cainon was gone, Xhaila decided to wash up as well. Just her face and hair, though. She didn't want to remove her clothes or anything, in fear that he might return. She also didn't want to wander of to another part of the stream, because she didn't want him to come back and worry.
She splashed some water on her face, the coolness completely waking her up. She wet her hair, too. The sun was heating up the day already, and the chill of the stream was quite relaxing.

She screamed as he threw her into the water. It felt nice, she had to admit, but she still glared softly at him. As he dove in, the splash wet her face, and she laughed at him.
"Fine, be a bully," she said with a smile.
None of the other people she worked for had been this fun. They had always been so serious and boring. It was nice to actually have some fun for once.

She gave a small squeak as he pulled her under the water. She had been wiping water from her face, so she had not seen him dive under her. As she took a quick breath before being pulled under, she moved her hands around in the cool water, searching for him. Once she got her hands on him, she would have to get him back. She kicked her feet around and felt him under her. She used her legs to push him deeper into the water before rising back to the surface.
"Yup," she said, floating on her back and staring blankly at the sky with a small smile on her face. "And I didn't mind being pushed in either."
Really, she didn't. They had just met, yes, but she had been the one to start playing in the water when she had thrown some in his face. Besides, it was nice to have some fun with someone. The only person whom with she had ever been like this was her father.
