Tetsumaru sat back down at the table and continued drinking his soup while thinking. While he was thinking his mind drifted off and he started daydreaming for a while before snapping back into reality. "I forugoto whatu you saidu," he said, scratching the back of his head. "Can you repeato itu?"

Telanis was engrossed in experimenting with the chopsticks. He rested one in his hand, which was easy enough, and move the other one with his thumb and pointer. The technique was somewhat awkward, but he reached into his soup and pulled out a carrot. It slipped back out of his grip and fell into the soup, but he caught it again and was able to get it all the way to his mouth. He ate it triumphantly and looked back at Tetsumaru with a huge smile.

"Oh, I guess we didn't really explain it properly to begin with. We're hoping to go travelling somewhere, but we were hoping you could suggest a place," he said, looking at the old samurai in anticipation.

"Oh," Tetsumaru replied. He began to think again, and almost lost track of his thoughts... again, but managed to catch himself before it happened. "Theru aru many smallu townzu nearu heru," he said. "Buto I cannotu rememba wheru they aru, I havu a map though."

The ex samurai got up again and walked off, then realized that he did not remember where the map was, so he started rummaging around his things until he found it under his bed. "Heru it izu," he called out and set it on the table.

Laya looked at Neko and Kratos. "Where are you all planning on heading?" she asked, wanting to get some idea of where they would go. She really never wanted to see Ongoreth again.

"We were going home." Neko shrugged. "Only so mum and da know that we're alive. But we're in no rush."

"Oy! I forgot about mum and da!" Kratos cried out holding his head in shock. "If anything we should write! Do you have paper, a thin paint brush and ink by any chance?" He asked Tetsumaru hopefully.

Laya looked down. She wished she could see her parents. If they wanted to go home to see them then she shouldn't stop them. She would have risked everything to see her parents one last time. Even facing Kron again.

"We can go with you to see your parents... there are plenty of lush green forests for Telanis to enjoy..." she said, her memory of one spot coming to her mind.

"Well, we'd have to cross the sea to Ongoreth... and we found you at the choreline so I doubt you'd want to go out to sea again." Neko expained sheepishly. She gulped the last of her soup and grin. "But really, if Kratos can send a letter to them then it's fine."

"How long as it been since you've seen you family?" Laya asked, taking a small bite of her soup, not eating very much like usual.

Telanis observed the conversation keenly, picking out and eating all the carrots in his bowl one by one. When he couldn't find anymore, he tried the whitish things called potatoes and ate them too. Soon all that was left that he hadn't tried was the small chunks of chicken that Laya had cut up. Testingly, Telanis picked up a piece and bit it. The taste was strange, but familiar... after a moment he placed the taste and dropped the piece back to the bowl, color draining from his face. Blood... He set his chopsticks down quietly and focused on the conversation to take his thoughts off the lingering taste.

"How long as it been since you've seen you family?" Laya asked.

Neko shrugged. "Me.. maybe almost a year. But my brother..."

"I'm going on 5 years now since I left home." Kratos replied.

Laya looked up and at Kratos. "Then you both should go home and see your family. If it means getting on a boat again I have no problem with it...." She said and in truth she didn't. It was going to Ongoreth she had the problem with. But, they needed to see there family.

"Like I said, Ongoreth is a beautiful place.... and maybe Tetsumaru would like to see his homeland?"

Kratos shrugged. "If you're fine with it."

"Are you sure? I mean...what about Telanis?" Neko asked.

Laya looked at her plate and took a bite. "Its fine," she lied with her usual tone making it hard to decifer if it was the truth or not. "At least its fine with me..." She really thought, deep in her heart, that they should see their family.

Tetsumaru blanked out for a bit after being asked a question, then his mind reactivated itself and he said, "Yesu, I do havu a burushi ando a piesu obu paper you can uzu," Tetsumaru replied. He finished the last of his soup and went off to grab the items that Kratos wanted.

After handing them to the man, Tetsumaru started with the next topic brought up. "I do noto needu tsu go backu tsu Ongoreth. I havu a homu here."

Kratos thanked him and got to work on his letter home. "So we're going to Ongoreth?" he asked.
