Tenele huffed against him, gloriously numb from pleasure. She pressed her cheek against his, her eyes held firmly closed as she let the contentment wash over her. She tried to understand this feeling of being one with him in so many ways. Feeling him physically, and mentally. She saw every thought that crossed his mind and even felt the mild dread.
But, she didn't feel or hear Atul, and that brought her peace. Until she accepted the King as a lover... it was best for him not to be inside her head.
Peace washed over her, blissful and tender. She slowly brought down the walls that had slid up when they first connected. One by one, she lowered her guard for him to explore. She was only mildly fearful of what he might find there in the darkness.

The vampire held her close. Her thoughts were like a symphony to him, complex and beautiful. He absorbed their connection in relative quiet, running his fingers through her hair. Most importantly, he thought he could feel her welcome in the calm flow of her thoughts. He was glad to be wanted inside her thoughts.
"You're wonderful," he murmured, though he didn't really need to say it out loud.

Tenele hummed. Wonderful. He thought she was wonderful. It made her heart flutter happily. "You are wonderful, too," she replied with a soft breath. Tenele explored his thoughts, growing surer as she experimented with the connection they had. "This feels so strange," she laughed. "I can feel what you feel and what I'm feeling at the same time. Have we ever made love like this? Does it drive us mad? So much emotion and sensation, it seems a little overwhelming." Tenele nuzzled him, her fingers playing over his skin. She felt comfortable, even with his weight pressing her into the mattress.

Vlad smiled brightly. "We have," he whispered, like he was remembering the greatest moments of his life. He chuckled to himself. "And if you think that sounds overwhelming..." he let the thought hang, not wanting to bring Atul into this. She didn't feel comfortable with the king. Would it make her jealous to feel how happy it made him to feel the two of them join with him and each other?

Tenele bit her bottom lip as his words cut off. She had an idea where he was going to go with that. Her fingers traced circles as she mulled over the words. "You are... of a... above average size," she burried her face in the crook of his neck to hide her embarrassment. "The King... I... well, I saw him. He is... also above average, I would estimate. I mean, I don't remember seeing very many examples, but... Oh, dear, what am I saying... Well, it just, you both... How do I... do we..." Her cheeks burned. She clamped her mouth shut.

Vlad smirked, and heat raced through him at the thought of her imagining that. He carefully opened his memories for her. He showed her what she looked and felt like when they'd first been together as three, Vlad inside of her while Atul gave her pleasure in other ways. "Do you wish to see more?" he asked, quietly excited. He didn't want to excite her against her will, but there was no way to show her their more graphic memories without feeling something, and she would feel it through him.

Tenele shut her eyes, feeling nervous, and... curious. Her heart fluttered faster, her legs tightened around him. "Yes," she replied. "I want to know more."

The vampire didn't hide the pulse of pleasure that answer sent through him. He carefully unpacked another memory. They were at the cabin by the sea, smelling salt air while thin silk sheets pressed against their bodies. Vlad was above her, inside her, just as they were now, their bodies moving against each other and their senses reeling. But there was more... Atul's heat pressed along her back, muscles rolling with the heat of each thrust. There was pain where he'd entered behind her, but it was converted into uncontrollable pleasure. Two members, Vlad's longer and Atul's thicker, pumped in alternating force inside her. Two hearts burned with need and love inside her mind. Vlad's lips covered hers while Atul's mouth sucked at her shoulder, needing something of her for balance lest he lose himself completely. In the background were emotions too complex and subtle to exactly understand. In the moment, they had blurred into the background, but hindsight was 20/20 and shed new light on their linked emotions - Vlad's satisfaction and pride and the relief that came from not hating himself (the cause of that self loathing was missing from the memory, but it was recent). Atul's joy and amazement and the bittersweet knowledge that he would have to give all this up soon.
The vampire carefully shifted the memory to the last time they'd been together. This one was harder to interpret emotionally. He focused on the way they'd felt making love to Atul, Tenele absorbing the power of his affection while Vlad entered him very gently from behind. Only Tenele and Vlad had been connected that time. They'd both felt so protective of Atul that day, so completely sure that things would be okay. It was something in the way his body trembled against them, something they were sure they'd never let go of. Atul's emotions had been the opposite, but they'd not learned that until morning.
Vlad carefully quieted the memory, not sure how much Tenele could handle.

Tenele was full of a lot of chaotic emotions and sensations. She felt desire, unhindered and strong. To see herself, through her husband's yes, and to see how much she loved them, and loved being with them like that... To feel how much they loved her in return. It was beautiful, enough to bring tears to her eyes. But, she was also filled with a touch of pain at that last memory. That was before Atul left them, wasn't it? When he broke their hearts.
"I don't know what to say," Tenele whispered to him, replaying those images in her mind. She couldn't hide her want from him, though she didn't exactly know how strongly he could sense it.
He knew she'd asked him to call off the wedding, but he didn't know that she had nearly seduced Atul in the hopes of getting him too. That memory flared up. "Maybe he will call off the wedding," Tenele whispered.

Vlad listened to her soul, thoughtfully absorbing her reactions. He treasured the want she felt toward him. His body was already at full attention just thinking about those memories, though he made no move to act on it.
Then her memory of coercing Atul into cancelling his wedding took him so off guard he had to bite off the need to laugh and moan at the same time. Atul had mentioned she'd been persuasive, but he hadn't pictured anything like the images that were rolling through her mind. "Maiden Girl! No wonder he changed his mind," he teased breathlessly. He pushed up just enough to look her in the eye. "He told me, earlier, that he gives up. Something you said convinced him. He will wait for us, rather than marry Espha."

Tenele blinked at Vlad, not sure what he meant, and then she understood how easily it was to share memories. "I..." Tenele stammered. Of course he wasn't angry with her, after what she'd seen... It was normal for her to seduce the King. "Wait... He is cancelling his wedding?" Tenele couldn't recall a single thing she'd said. All she could remember was the racing sound of her heart in her ears and her hands on the King's body. "That's why you are so happy."

Vlad smiled gently. "Not exactly," he said. "I mean, of course that's a part of it. It's not easy to explain." His heart told her his feelings even as his words struggled to explain them. "It's just that I know for a fact you're not comfortable marrying him. So, those things you did to persuade him...you did them for me, didn't you?" Embarrassed pleasure floated into their link. "Even though it's not even what you want. You worried for me." He stopped, feeling too emotional to speak evenly.

Tenele nodded. That was true. She'd been very frightened, but she thought the only way to convince the King that he could be comfortable with her, even without her memories, was to let him make love to her. That way, he would have nothing to worry about. She had been willing to do that for Vlad's happiness. She knew how much he loved the King.
Tenele pressed a kiss to his shoulder. "I guess, even without memories, some things never change," she chuckled softly. "I will grow closer to Atul, and even if I never get my memories back, I'm sure we can one day be as close as we were."

"At your pace, Tenele," Vlad said, brimming with happiness. "It must be at your pace. No one knows that better than Atul. Just because he's expressed his desire to marry us does not mean we are engaged. He's just chosen to give himself hope. Thanks to you. You saved him from making a choice that would have broken him for the rest of his life. I love you for that, too."

Tenele smiled, curling her arms around his neck. She felt happy, and accomplished. She'd earned her husband's love and saved the king misery. Not bad for a day. Tenele shifted her body beneath him, shuddering as she felt the sensation reverberate through her. Her thoughts went back to the memory of being pinned between the two strong powerful men, and she couldn't imagine how she managed to have them both like that. Tenele nuzzled against her husband and let her imagination and thoughts silently play out. There was something comforting, and a little bit embarrassing, about not being able to hide anything from him.
"I like this," she murmured. "This is nice."
