Mitsukai still noticed his amusment. "What's so funny about being raped by demons? It's happened and it's not a pretty sight afterward." she was completely serious, having no idea that the comment she made before looked as if she was telling the girl to step away from Skye or she'll attack her.

"Oh, nothing's funny about that at all," he said. "I'm laughing at... that girl's reaction when you told her that." He smiled at her, trying his best to keep it from looking like he had actually noticed that girl before. Not that he was interested, he just noticed. "She acted kind of stuck-up about it."

Mitsukai blinked then looked towards where the girl had retreated. She then leaned over the table and whispered, "You think she wanted to be raped by demons?"

Skye gave a nervous laugh and shook his head. "Not necessarily by demons..." he said humorously. "Just forget about it, okay Suk?" He gave her a smile and continued eating, hoping to get off the subject of that waitress who had tried getting him to notice her.

Mitsukai gave Skye a funny look, still not able to figure it out but she shrugged and kept on eating her food.

Elegorh turned into the room and noticed them at first glance. He grinned wickedly to himself but acted casual. He put up a spell around himself to diguise him from them and got a table close to Skye and Mitsukai. He would kill them, even with witnesses.

Skye began to feel as if he was being watched suddenly, but he continued eating. He didn't want Mitsukai to worry, and it was probably nothing anyway. But something in his mind was screaming that something wasn't right, that something was about to happen. He tried his best to ignore it, though.

Mitsukai's skin began to tingle. She looked up alarmed at Skye but he didn't seem bothered. Mitsukai bit her lip nervously and continued eating. Maybe it was nothing? Maybe it was just a normal body chill...

It happened too fast. Elegorh lunged from his chair to them so quickly that Mitsukai didn't even register that she had been stabbed in the arm. Until several moments later when Elegorh was standing over her fallen body laughing. Everyone in the room panicked.

Now the pain of the knife was stabbing in her arm. Mitsukai cringed and cried from the emense pain.

Skye jumped up as soon as he saw him lunge for her. He seemed kind of familiar, but he could quite see his face yet. He grabbed the back of his shirt collar and snatched him back, adrenaline and rage controlling him as he tossed him aside like a rag doll.

That's when he realized who it was. Elegorh.

Elegorh reared back in Skye's surprise and punched him in the gut. No one was left inside the tavern of the Inn. The people who worked there knew exactly when to run when Elegorh was doing "buisness".

"No mistakes this time!" Elegorh cried out in victory already. "I will kill you both!"

While Elegorh stood in victory over Skye's hunched over form, Mitsukai writhed in agony on the floor. Blood staining her clothes and seeping on the floor. It hurt too much to move. She couldn't even cast a spell.

He didn't stay hunched over for long. He grabbed the closest solid object in the room, which happened to be a chair from one of the dining tables. He swung it hard into Elegorh's knees, hopefully breaking them.

Mainly, he was just trying to keep Elegorh busy with him rather than Mitsukai. Hopefully she could regain her strength and do a spell or something, or at least run away.

Elegorh was momentarily subdued by Skye. He staggered backwards but then came rushing back at him in rage. His hands flexed out for his throat as he collided into Skye.

Elegorh wasn't worried about Mitsukai though. As they fought, she was slowly dying because of the dagger she had yet to take out. Mitsukai didn't have the strength or will power to take it out as she lay there, helpless and injured to the point of death.

He mentally cursed Mitsukai for not doing something about her wound. Looking out of the corner of his eye, she looked as if she were dying. But she was stabbed in the arm. It couldn't have been too bad... right?

No, he wouldn't let her die. He had to get away from Elegorh, but he was running short on breath. He just followed reflex, struggling against him with all his will power.

"You wont escape this time..." Elegorh smiled triumphantly as he struggling with Skye. From the front of the Inn, the doors swung open to reveal the gracefull, feminen figre of an elf.

"Let them go." she said calmly and suddenly Elegorh's hands loosened from around Skye's throat.

"What the---?" his hands were being controlled by some kind of power. WHo was she? Elegorh stared horrified at the woman sdtanding at the doors.

"Skye, get her and follow me." she woman spoke calmly and soothingly. Her voice quelled the fear and panic in Mitsukai's mind and she was calm.

He didn't see the woman or who she was. He just did as she said. He gasped for air as he felt Elegorh's hands loosen from around his throat. Barely conscious, he picked up Mitsukai, carrying her in his arms and walking away from Elegorh. He stared at the elven woman with half-lidded eyes. "Thanks," he said.

Gwendolyn smiled at them geuninly. Though it was a pain to use her seer powers to freeze aphysical form in action, she managed it long enough to take Skye and Mitsukai to her home and cast a shroud over her place.

"Lay her upon the couch there." she said and bustled into the kitchen to make some tea. "Do not remove the dagger." she warned from beyond the kitchen.

Back at the Inn. Elegorh cursed and wildly regained his bodies movement by flailing about the room. 'DAMNIT!!!!' he thought angrily. Now he couldn't find the fallen's aura. It was a blasted seer!
