Lore: Drakeshead Inn and Tavern

The Captial of Arken, it is the darkest known city in the world. As it is the capital and the home to the Witch Queen herself, it is a very dangerous place to enter. Home to the toughest and roughest crooks around.

Joe narrowed his eyes for a moment and then sighed. It was enevitable. Ora was going to fall in love eventually.

Ora sighed softly and woke, rising up and pushing her hair out of her face lightly as she blinked her eyes open. "Good morning," she said softly, her blue eyes scanning around the room.

"Oh, Joe," she yawned. "Hmm... How long have you been awake?"

"Only a few minutes. Since when did you started taking help from strangers?" Joe didn't like the fact his sister was being so trusting. His voice was a bit too cold, and he realized only seconds later.

"Eh... Since we were running through the dark with no where to go carrying your heavy butt!" she folded her arms. "Grr... I can't take you sometimes. You can't say thank you can you? You're so hard headed. Maybe we should have left you there until you have realized you were pushing us to hard..."

She got up and headed for the tent. "Maybe you to men can understand eachother and make a decision on what to do," she sighed and stepped outside.

Daylan had the dignity to look rather embarassed as Joe's eyes narrowed, looking down at the floor and licking his lips nervously. His eyes flicked over to Ora and he started to dry wash his hands before calming down and focusing.

He hoped the two would just calm down, but he doubted that would happen, especially between brother and sister, even at their age. The man was protective of his siter, that just made it worse. He turned to Joe as Ora left, sighing slowly.

"There was very little w could do really. We couldn't stay up the whole night and carry you from the wolves, and I couldn't leave the two of you to hunt down the wolves. I know there were smarter choices to make but... I panicked. I'm sorry." he said soflty, still not meeting Joe's eyes.

"I know... I guess.. sometimes I speak without thinking..." He looked outside to where Ora had went. "And she's right about me."

Ora plopped down on the ground in front of a fire with a kettle hanging over the flames. "Sleep well," the voice of Lucas said as he sat up from lying on a wool blanket.

"Fine," Ora said softly once he moved to get the kettle off the fire.

"Want some hot tea?" he asked with a toothy grin, his eyes looking over her form as she pulled her knees to her chest.

"No thank you," she replied softly, trying to ignore his look.

Daylan smiled nervously, dry-washing his hands before standing, "We all do sometimes. It's only wrong if you don't admit it. Come now, I don't trust these dogs, we need to stick together at all times. Let's go get your sister." He slowly stood up, before extending his hand to Joe, a sign of friendship and his desire to make things work between them. And a hand up of course.

Joe took Daylan's hand with a slight smile, letting the man help him up. When he was on his feet he stepped out of the tent and spotted Ora sitting in front of a fire with a burly looking man sitting close to her. He was talking, but Ora wasn't, she just stared at the fire trying to ignore the man.

"Are you sure you wouldn't like some hot tea, miss?" he asked, having already pored her a cup.

"No thank you," she said again.

"Well, its going to get cold and then you will be thirsty," he said.

"Will you please leave me alone," Ora said softly. "I'm not thirsty."

"Alright, whatever you say, miss," the man said, though he looked aggrivated.
