Re: Holier Than Thou
Tenele hissed when Atul left her, pinching Vlad's skin with her teeth. She lifted her head slowly peering down at her husband. "You're still... How can you still be after all that!" the astonishment was clear in her voice. "That's not a complaint..." She liked the contact. It took her mind off the soreness starting to blossom where Atul had been. Tenele rested against her husband, tempted to fall asleep in the comfort of his arms, lulled by contentment, warmth, and the gentle stroke of Atul's fingers.
She sat up, moving off of him slowly and collapsing between him and Atul with a soft whimper. She pressed her forehead against the skin of Vlad's shoulder.

Re: Holier Than Thou
Vlad pulled Tenele in tight against his chest. His large pale hand stroked the hair away from her face while his other arm wrapped around her securely. He was buzzing with sexual energy and contentment after all they'd just done, but he lay still like a coiled snake wrapped around his most precious prey.
Atul seemed to catch on to his possessiveness and his lingering excitement. The king gave his friend a curious look that spelled "don't even think about it" as he glued himself against her back, cocooning her in warmth between himself and Vlad.

Re: Holier Than Thou
Tenele smiled at the comforting feel of both strong men holding her. She exhaled in a heavy sigh, nuzzling up against her husband. It didn't take long for her to fall a sleep with them both wrapped around her, and the fingers running through her hair.
When morning came the room filled with warm light. The light drew Tenele awake slowly, as did the feeling of fingers lightly trailing up and down the curve of her waist. She sighed, smiling in her sleep and wiggling closer against Vlad. Immediately feeling a great discomfort in the lower half of her body.
She whimpered softly, trying to recall why she was so....
Her cheeks turned crimson, and Tenele slowly twisted so that she could see the person lying behind her. She could just make out Atul's face close beside hers.
"Good morning," he murmured against the skin of her shoulder.
Tenele immediately ducked under the covers. "That wasn't a dream."
"Nope," Atul chuckled.
"I really did that?"
"Yep."
Tenele covered her face in her hands.
Atul peeked under the covers. "Are you upset?"
"No..." Tenele whimpered.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes!" Tenele called to him, peeking through her hands to glare at the king. "I'm just... I mean... I'm..."

"Sexy," Vlad half-moaned, his hands drawing her just a little tighter against him in his half-asleep state. His face was close to hers on the pillow, and he nuzzled his cool nose against her temple.

"Indeed," Atul agreed. Atul thumped the vampire on the forehead. "Seems when Vlad's connected to you he gets very human sleep..."
Tenele relaxed against Vlad, letting out a heavy sigh. "I can't believe I did that. I used to have boundaries before you two."
Atul frowned. "So you do regret it?"
Tenele glanced to him, trying to separate from her clinging husband enough to face the King. "No, I don't regret it. I promise. I... enjoyed it. I just... I'm embarrassed... and sore." She chuckled. "But, really its fine. I'm fine. It was amazing. I'm simply having a, 'Oh dear, I can't believe I did that' moment."
"Do you know who else is sexy?" Tenele asked her half-asleep husband. She wormed in his grasp, wincing as she went until her chest pressed against his. "Good morning, sleepyhead." She kissed his nose and then his forehead.

Re: Holier Than Thou
The vampire returned her wriggling with a not-so-chaste kiss on the lips. His arms locked behind her and pinned her down on top of him. Her achiness and adrenaline sent a pleasant tingling through his body via their link. His mood toward her was caught between protective and predatory, and if Atul were within easy reach, he'd probably be no safer at the moment.
For his part, he was a million miles from wanting to regret a thing about the night before. In fact, he was feeling quite proud of himself. His ego was in good shape at the moment, not that it needed the encouragement.
"Stay," he bossed happily. Of course, thanks to his bear-hug grip, she didn't get a choice.

Re: Holier Than Thou
Tenele huffed against his shoulder, her brow scrunching. "This isn't fair," she muttered. "You're stronger than me. I couldn't hold you down if I wanted to."
Tenele's stomach rumbled, and the hunger passed through their link.
"Someone sounds hungry," Atul chuckled, stretching out with his arms above his head. "Not to worry, someone should be by with breakfast soon."
Tenele's expression grew mortified. "They'll catch us!"
Atul rolled to where he was very close to them, stroking his fingers across her cheek. "My dear, after last night... I don't think the servants will be very surprised at all."
Tenele narrowed her eyes. "What do you mean?"
"Vlad was very noisy," Atul sighed, deciding to pin the problem on the vampire. Tenele pursed her lips together and buried her face in the crook of Vlad's neck.

"Myself, noisy? Your highness was crying out like a concubine," Vlad snorted. Privacy wasn't much of an issue to the vampire. In fact, he thought rather highly of his bedroom voice. To be fair, he had good reason not to doubt his skills in that department.

Re: Holier Than Thou
Atul scowled. "Hardly," he muttered. "I may have been a little loud, but I think we both know who beat the both of us."
Tenele squirmed closer to Vlad, burying her face deeper against him to hide. "I was not," she mumbled.
A knock resounded on the door. Atul tugged the covers over Tenele's bruised back up so that it rested nearly partly over her head and under Vlad's chin. A second later two maids entered, both carrying trays. They set a goblet of blood down for Vlad, and two plates of breakfast food near the table by the opening to the balcony.
"Thank you, ladies," Atul told them.
"Will you require anything else?" one maid asked.
"No, thank you," Atul replied. They bowed and left right afterwards. "See, that wasn't so bad. If anything it means the two of you are even more protected because my people know how important you are to me. This is not an uncommon thing, here, Tenele."

"You sleep with your other diplomats?" Vlad teased, a little possessively.

Atul blinked. "No!" He shook his head. "I didn't mean it like that. I simply meant its not uncommon for people to have... more than one person in their bed."
Tenele pushed against Vlad to sit up over him. "Set me free!!" she growled, biting through the discomfort that her bottom and her back were giving her as she pushed against his strength.

The vampire grunted his disapproval, but yielded to her tugging. "Should we call the maid back for any... ointment?" he teased with a broad smile.

Re: Holier Than Thou
Tenele gaped at him, cheeks blushing rose. "No!" she barked as she knelt next to him, tugging the covers around her chest. She held them there with a hand palm flat against her breasts. "I'm fine. Doesn't hurt that bad at all..."
Tenele glanced to the food.
"Do you want me to get the food for you, Tenele?" Atul asked sweetly.
Tenele glared at him. "No. I'll get it myself."
Tenele crawled to the edge of the bed, taking the covers away from the two men and leaving them bare and naked. But, she didn't make it any further than that, as she contemplated on what would be more humiliating... Admitting she was sore... or waddling to her food.

Vlad rolled over and propped himself up on Atul's torso like he was a perch to watch his wife's walk of shame. He grinned from ear to ear, his fingers playing over Atul's stomach idly.

Tenele sat slowly in the chair near the balcony and began eating, glaring at the two men. "I hate you both."
Atul couldn't see, mostly do to Vlad lying on him, so he just laid back and trailed his fingers up and down the vampire's spine. "She hates us," Atul sighed heavily. "I could have sworn last night she loved us. At least three times..."
Tenele growled, tossing her biscuit at them.
