"We're almost there, it will only be at least another hour. When the sun sets we should arrive," he told her, his mood changing back to its usual happy one.
Later on they reached the small three house "town" as his friend called it. He knocked on several doors until finally the last one revealed his friend piled up in the corner with a small fire burning in the center of the dirt floored house.
"Come on in, he's sleeping, we don't need to wake him. He has traveled longer than we have and he should rest... Maybe you should to? I'll keep first watch..."

Xheira thought that these three houses might have been a great help to her when she was helping women escape from the city. It was a shame that she didn't know about it until now.
When they found Rowe's friend sleeping in the corner of the last house she was relieved. She didn't trust strangers, and when they hadn't found him at first she was a bit worried that he might be helping the males back at the city.

Xheira looked at him for a moment trying to decide if she was really sleepy. In the end, she decided she was a little tired, and there was no telling when the next chance to sleep would come, "Alright, but I'm really not that sleepy. If you need to catch some sleep, let me know. She walked to another corner of the house and settled down in it watching Rowe's friend sleep; she closed her eyes and dozed off.

Xheria took his advice. She was soon alseep though she didn't mean to really fall into a deep sleep.
She woke suddendly from a nightmare. In the nightmare, she'd been captured by a band of
Raith males. She felt a shiver go down her back.
She looked around but didn't see anything that might have woke her up. She saw Rowe by the door keeping watch. She crept up to him and wishpered softly, "Do you want me to keep watch for a while."

"No," Rowe said softly, shaking his head to wear his long crimson hair made strands fall in front of his peircing green yellow eyes. He moved it out of the way. "Its best if I stay up and if you can't sleep anymore than you can stay up with me. I don't like falling a sleep in unfamiliar places..."
Rowe stood up and began breaking boards to throw into the fire. When the Ra'esh desert, a place where Shea's spell did not truely lie, was covered in night fall it was extremly cold. In the day it was extremly hot, and when it rained it ws extremly poisoning... Everything was exteme, as was expected from a desert.

Koythina slithered through the sands. It was becoming nightfall but the cold didn't bother her much. Her jewels glinted in the fading light and so did the blood trickling down her arm. 'Stupid Naga Hunters,' Koy thought angrily.
They were still behinde her somewhere... she couldn't lose them forever. The twang of an arrow and the whizzing sound past her ear made her panick. She was in no condition to fight more. She slithered faster throught the sand but got nowhere once an arrow peirced her back.
She let out an agonizing cry before the hunters desended around.
OOC: hope that's a good enough entry!

Rowe's head came up as he thought her heard the sound of pain carried on a the window. But, then again it could have been just one of the desert animals... No person would be foolish enough to walk around the desert at night and especially when it was perfect condistions for a sand storm...
Rowe stepped outside the small worn down building, the stars and moon becoming clouded over with the storm getting ever closer.
Rowe looked around, but saw nothing in the darkness as the wind began to pick up. He didn't want to say anything, to call out to anyone encase it was Raith Guards hunting for Xheria....

Koythina thrashed and let out war cries, scratching the hunters that ganged on her and biting the few who were close enough. But she could go on like this, and she knew it. One of the hunters brought out fire arrows and she cringed. She tried to break away and even wrapped a hunter up with her tail and snapped his neck.
The Hunter shot the fire arrow and it flew too high. The flame was bright against the clear night sky.

At first Rowe didn't see the light but as he was about to tell her that it was nothing when he saw the flaming arrows crest the night sky. "Xheria," he said quickly. "Go back inside and close the door.... There here..."
He put his mask on as the sand from the coming sand storm bit into his face. He pulled the hood down so he could only see out of a small hole and he took off running to meat the Raith people...
But, when he arrived at the source of the fire he didn't see anything at all that resembled the Raith people. It all seemed very... strange...
For a moment Row thought about turning back. But, he was cursed with a good heart, so he pulled his sword free. "What's the problem?" he asked, short and sweet.

Xheira tried to protest when he told her to go back inside. "I'm NOT helpless," she said to thin air. He was gone though. Darn him; she wasn't like the other females. She had half a mind to go after him, but she decided it would be better to stay and protected Rowe's friend, who was still sound asleep.
She didn't go back into the house though. Instead she stood just ouside it waiting. She readied her weapons just incase a band of males came.

Rowe disappeared in the sand it seemed and in the night only to reappear beside one of the other hunters. He plunged the sword deep into his belly.
"I've never been fond of hunting," he said cooly.
He looked at the others. Holding putting his sword on his shoulder and standing there casually, his face concealed by the mask and hood.

Rowe was thrown off by how unusual the creature was. For one he had never seen such a thing in all his years of living in the desert. His eyes shifted around, but nothing could be told from the darkness under the cloak.
"So, should I be more worried about them or you?" he asked, not sheathing his sword, his voice deep and a bit cold. He didn't trust new strange beings.
