Lore: (mature)To The End of The World part 1
((Sorry I've been away; unexpected hospitalizations tend to do that to a body.))
Dan shrugged. "I know some of my people think humans have an exotic appeal," she said. "More as curiosities though, I think. My brother had a pet human love-slave once." She scaled the tree in a trice, sitting a few branches above Drakoe. "And I'm sorry, but I don't think you're suited for that kind of lifestyle. You're not really my type anyway. Terrible disappointment, I know."

Drakoe smiled. Though they were still nagging at one anothers throats it seemed to be more playful and comfortable now. "You're the one who moved up here to where I was..." he replied eying her over.
"However you're really not my type either, so I guess we feel the same about one another in that perspective." he added gazing out across the forest top again.

Seeing that the two were preoccupied with each other, Kat wandered around the oasis without exiting it. She wondered what to do. Should she cook for them? She needed a bath, but there was no where discreet to do so.
"Er..." Maybe she could wait awhile. She was slowly adjusting to Zeikiel's presence around her while she bathed but, how would they react to such an act of indecency? Kat shrugged and picked up and apple, bitting into it. She sat down at the base of the tree Darkoe and Dan were in and stared at the water.

"Oh my," Dan said, feigning supreme dismay. "Oh my, oh my, oh my. Humans have certainly taken a fall." She dropped down a few branches. "It's like walking. Only vertical. And you use your hands. So wait, it's not really like walking at all." She frowned. It seemed such an instinctual activity, she was hard put to explain it. "Whatever. I'll leave you to Drakoe." She climbed back up to the highest branch that would support her weight and began moving through the trees, looking for signs of Zeikiel. She had to admit she was wondering what exactly he was up to...
Kat tried the suggestions Dan told her, but it wasn't exactly working. A few times, Kat had fallen off a branch because she couldn't find the balance to stay on it. She sat on her rear looking up at Drakoe with a sorrowfull look, feeling like a failure.
"I'm sorry, my lord. I cannot do it." she said, feeling as if she had let Drakoe down.
