Mia finished quickly and the water drained. The maids had already readied water for Bejei and were waiting outside the door with him. She came out dressed in her clothes, her hair damp and needed brushing.
"There you go," she told him as she passed, heading to there room because she really had nothing else to do and it would let her relax.
Her people were quick healers, so it wouldn't take long before she was agile and could move like before. She could go back to her dancing.
Mia laid back on the bed, staring up at the ceiling in thought as her mind wondered over how much she missed the carnival and the dancing.

Bejei was surprised how quick Mia finished bathing? All the women he ever knew too like hours, but she finished in a blink of an eye. He had no idea how long he waited, but he knew it's not hours.
He watched her pass by him possibly heading to their room for a good rest. He stood up and walked into the bathing room. He unattached all the armors and weapon before he undressed himself. He was completely nude as he entered the warm water, and he sanked all the way to the bottom until only his mouth and above protruded on the surface.
"Quite relaxing..." He muttered to himself while he shut his eyes. "Only if Mia was here... I mean... only if she enjoyed it as much as I am now."
Bejei immediately submerged his whole form into the warm bath, and it was nearly fifteen minutes before he resurfaced for air. His once spiky hair drooped down his eyes, but he brushed it back with both hands.
"I'll stay here for a while. Mia will be ok without me."

Mia sighed and closed her eyes for a little bit, her body needing to recoop from the little fight that she and Bejei had, not to mention she was full and when she was full and comfortable she often found herself dozing off.
She rolled over and got up for a moment, not wanting to fall a sleep encase Bejei wanted to go some where else. All she really wanted to do was sleep.
She walked to the window, standing beside the water basin and combing her hair with her finger tips until it went from curly to straight.
Mia looked out the window, staring at the people in the crowed when she her eyes found a limping figure. He had long white hair pulled back with a black ribben. He was accompanied by two people walking behind him. He felt her eyes, at least that was the only way for her to explain the fact he looked directly at her.
Mia's eyes widened. She turned from the room quickly and ran out the door towards the bathing room. She beat on the door with her fists. "Bejei! Bejei! He's here!"
She heard loud foot steps coming up the stairs. Bejei wouldn't get his cloths on and the door open in time. She gritted her teeth and stood back, kicking the door open with two hard kicks.
She kept her eyes on the floor so not to wittness anything she shouldn't. As soon as she was in the room she turned around and closed the door, holding it closed with her hands.
"Please, hurry and get dressed..." she said, not a bit of flush on her cheeks from kicking down the door to a naked mans bathing room.
OOC: Lol, trying to get us to the carnival quicker

Bejei could faintly hear his name being called by someone... namely a woman. He continued to drown out his mind, allowing his surroundings to melt away like ice on a hot day. He wanted to relax and be one in body, spirit, and mind.
He sighed with relaxation, but it abruptly ended as the door opened with a loud snapping sound. He opened his eyes and stared at the person who would be foolish enough to interrupt him. After the water cleared from his eyes, he noticed the figure to be none other than Mia. Why did she storm in like that? Was the stalker after her again?
"Is that foolish man after you again?" He stood up from the bath tub and the water trickled down his muscular nude form. The most visible scar on him was the scar across his chest.
Bejei immediately placed his clothing and armor back on, but with Mia's blocking the door, she could only hear the sound of zipping, leather rubbing against each other, and the slight clinging of steel. After he finished, low footsteps could be heard, coming from behind her. Within moments, he rested his warm hands on her shoulder before he gently brushed her aside.
"I'll take care of this fool." He replied before opening the door and cautiously glancing around. "Where?" His figure had not fully dried, and water still strained from his body and arms.

Mia looked at Bejei. "I don't know," she said softly. "All I know is I saw him through the window, and heard him coming up the stairs. He has two others with him... and he's still wounded..."
She stood behind him. Her mind going over how he could have lived. The ony horrifying thought accured to her. If Keifer lived then that meant...
"He's not injured..." Mia said and grabbed Bejei's wet arm. "He lived through Terion's attack... which means that he's probably... a werewolf too..." She had another thought. "And he would probably turn his lackies into them to..."
Her bright miss-matched eyes looked at him. "If I can get a weapon, I can help you fight them... But, three on two still isn't good odds..."

Bejei listened to Mia's panic like it's the end of the world. He would have to assure her that no harm would come her way while he still had an ounce of breath in him. However, he figured she already knew that much. He would have to prove it to her though just in case.
"A lycan huh?" He whispered just loud enough for her to hear. "I very much dislike fast healing creatures like vamires and lycans. I will have to make quick work of them if I'm to kill them."
He stepped out of the door and glanced in the direction of the stairs. He did not see anyone yet, but he could hear faint footsteps, maybe more than one coming up the stairs. He had to hide Mia since he would worry about her getting in the way.
"Mia, I'll fight them alone. You're too precious to me so I can't let them hurt you." He stated with no regards for what came out. "Find a place to hide, and I'll find you after I deal with them."

Mia wasn't sure what he meant by "precious to me", but she really didn't think they had time to ask. She would make it a point to ask him later, because though she was in trouble, she still wanted to know very much what he meant.
Mia's eyes widened slightly. "Hide?" she asked, a bit astonished. "I have never hid from anything before." But, then again, she was forgetting her escape and hiding from Teiron.
"Besides, there is only one of you, and three of them... I'm not leaving you no matter what you say." The only way he was going to keep her from fighting was probably knocking her out, but she didn't think that thought would ever cross his mind.

Bejei listened to her response, and her reaction told him that she did not want to flee. He pondered the reason why would want to stay with him and fight? Why she cared at all if it's one against three? Did she actually have some feelings for him? Absurd. No one cares about him.
He thought about saying her the grief of getting hurt by knocking her out, but he figured she already thought about the idea. He would like her to fight along side him, but it was too dangerous and risky. He did not know how well she could defend herself against a skill fighter, but he knew lycans were out of the question for her.
"Alright. There's no persuading you to hide. Here..." He unsheathed the katana and offered it to her. "Do you know how to use a sword? Well... if not then you better learn quickly... I'll fight them with my hands."

Mia looked at his katana. But, if she took it what would he fight with but his hands? She couldn't let him fight with his hands! That was worst than fighting three on one.
Mia also looked at the blade of the sword and how it was the most unusual blade she had seen, since her people weren't around Ongorethian style weapons very much.
She would probably be better off fighting with her hands than a one sided sword...
She didn't know what to do. She wasn't about to leave him with out a weapon, and she wasn't used to a katana...
"Why don't we not fight them here at all..." she said to him. "Lets go, we can find a back way out I'm sure. That way I can find a weapon and I won't have to take yours, and we can fight them again in a more open place..."
It was then that she heard a low growl coming from behind her. Mia's head turned slowly towards what could be behind her.
The head of a hybrid looking wolf looked out of the door to there room. It had been behind them the whole time?
She heard another growl, and down the hall in front of them two other large hybrid wolves were coming towards them.

Bejei felt an eerie feeling in the air, and for a moment there he thought he sensed something, but nevertheless, he focused his attention on what Mia had to say. Why did she persist on fighting? He could take care himself so why did she keep on worrying about his safety?
His eyes widened with shock and fear as he heard the growl not far, but right behind them. He immediately glanced around to notice the creature in the doorway. His fears risen as he shifted his gaze into the hall to see two more. This was indeed going to be a rough and bloody battle. He could already tell.
"Come on!!" He sheathed the katana as he grabbed hold of Mia's hand.
He quickly too flight in the opposite direction of the three creatures. He did not bother to look behind since he knew they were going to chase after them. They had to literally flee for their lives. He dragged her along around the corner until he decided to go through a room.
"Here!" He kicked open the door to another room before he pulled her inside after him. "There..." He closed the door behind them before he pointed to an open window.
They were obviously on a higher level of floors, but he believed they had no choice but to jump. He only hoped Mia was ready since the creatures would find them soon.
"We have to jump." Bejei replied. "Either that or we turn back and fight."

Mia ran into the room and grabbed a chair to put under the door nob. She went to the window, but could not bring herself to look down. "Jump? We're two floors up!" she said, turning her head quickly back to Bejei as the door was cracked by something heavy hitting it.
Mia groaned, if there was one thing she hated more than anything in the world it was hights. But, the cracking of the door mad her close her eyes and climb out the window to there her feet were on a small over hang. She clutchedo onto the curtains, taking them out onto the overhange with her.
"I really hate hights Bejei..." she whispered, though she doubted he could hear her. "You know what, I think I'll take my chances with Keifer..."

Bejei watched her go out the window and holding the curtains. He immediately grabbed her hand and hopped out the window without hesitation. He pulled her into his arms, while landed in a crouch position before rolling over a few times.
"Sorry..." He held Mia against his chest while he glanced up to the window that they had just jumped out of. "Are you alright? That was quite high..."

Mia said nothing for a moment, her eyes were just wide as she stared at him. She then shook her head. "You bastard! You didn't even ask if I was ready... you didn't even count!" She meant nothing by it, but she was half scared to death from a fall like that. She hated the feeling of her stomach going into her throat... or the feeling of falling period.
However they ran out of the time to discuss the matter, as the werewolfs head was hanging out the window.
Mia was on her feet quickly.

Bejei chuckled a little at her reaction. He figured she would feel that way since he purposely did it to force the fear of heights out of her. He hoped it did work, but he knew it didn't.
"Lets go." He grabbed her hand and pulled her along as they headed back into the forest. There, he had a better chance of fighting them since he would play to the surrounding area.

Mia followed him, watching behind them to make sure that Keifer wasn't following them. He was bad enough as a man... but as something stronger than a man he was worst.
Mia looked back at Bejei, unable to see why she felt so protected around this man she hardly knew. She pulled on her hand. "Wait, we need to be going this way," she said pointing down a small path. "This way should lead us to Hepian and to the carnival..."
